**Logistics Associate**
**About the Role**
We're looking for a Logistics Associate to help ensure materials, parts, and finished products move efficiently throughout the supply chain. In this role, you'll be responsible for inventory accuracy, material flow, kitting support, and shipping operations that keep production on schedule.
**Schedule & Pay**
+ **Shift:** Monday to Friday, Day Shifts.

**What You'll Do**
+ Coordinate the movement of materials between warehouse, production, and shipping departments
+ Prepare and stage inventory for kitting and production schedules
+ Track stock levels and transactions using RF scanners and inventory systems
+ Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities
+ Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
+ Operate pallet jacks and material-handling equipment to move products safely
+ Assist with crating, packaging, and shipment preparation
+ Ensure inventory accuracy and support continuous material flow throughout operations
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in logistics, inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operations
+ Proficiency with RF scanners and computerized inventory management systems
+ Strong understanding of material movement, stock control, and warehouse processes
+ Experience with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
