Vos responsabilités :

Transport et Douanes - Import / Export

* Gérer les expéditions nationales et internationales : choix des transporteurs, réservations, suivi des délais et livraisons
* Préparer la documentation : factures commerciales, listes de colisage, certificats douaniers (FDA, ASN, COI, etc.)
* Garantir la conformité douanière (Canada et international) selon les réglementations en vigueur
* Organiser les transports en lien avec les incoterms négociés avec le service achats
* Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les transitaires et partenaires logistiques

Optimisation & Coordination

* Suivre et analyser la performance des transporteurs (coût, délai, qualité)
* Identifier des leviers d'amélioration logistique pour optimiser les flux
* Apporter un soutien aux tâches du technicien logistique si nécessaire
* Participer à la mise à jour et à l'amélioration des procédures internes

Relation Client & Support Interne

* Communiquer efficacement avec les départements ventes, production et achats
* Rédiger des propositions de transport pour les clients en lien avec les marges
* Gérer les litiges transport : suivi des pénalités, analyse des causes et actions correctives

* Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en logistique internationale (import/export)
* Bilingue français/anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
* Bonne maîtrise des incoterms, réglementations douanières et portails (FDA, douanes, ASN)
* À l'aise avec les outils bureautiques (Office 365) - connaissance de Solochain ou Navision est un atout
* Autonome, rigoureux(se), orienté(e) solution et bon esprit d'équipe

Our client, located in the Oshawa area, is seeking an International Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist to manage and coordinate the movement of goods across Europe and Asia, with a particular focus on regulatory requirements and free trade zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate international ground freight shipments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with customs and trade regulations, particularly in free zones across Asia and Europe.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export requirements and trade agreements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for cost-effective and efficient logistics operations.

Qualifications:
