In this position, you will be responsible for:
As a WMS Software Implementation Guru, aka Application Specialist in our Professional Services department, you’ll work in close collaboration with the project team to identify customer needs, define business processes, establish performance metrics and drive configuration of the Tecsys solution to exceed expectations. You’ll build an on-site rapport with customers to seamlessly guide them in their integration of the Tecsys software. Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Warehousing, inventory, distribution management and/or ERP supply chain software implementations and configuration
- Operations and processes, working in a warehousing or distribution supply chain operation
- Business process requirement definition, software configuration, data loading, testing and training
- You also have operational experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Warehouse Management
- Inventory & Order Management
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accountancy) or Supply Chain, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering with an accounting certificate or equivalent
- Due to the frequent travel involved in this role, a valid Canadian or American passport is required
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.

We are looking for a technical SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with experience collaborating closely with clients to build the next generation of their logistics management solution on SAP. You will be responsible for designing and developing SAP logistics solutions on EWM, from product selection to implementation, including business requirements gathering, technical requirements development, and technical solution design.
What you’ll do
Drive the modernization and standardization of logistics processes on the latest SAP logistics solutions.
Understand business requirements and, from a technical perspective, translate them into functional design documents and technical design documents, product recommendations, and technical roadmaps.
Design solutions across warehouse management (supply chain execution, operations, and process efficiency) and warehousing and fulfillment lifecycles (inbound and outbound management, process control).
Create solution designs with consideration of deployment options, cross-module and cross-application integrations, architecture, data & reporting, security, and other areas as relevant.
Who you are
SAP EWM expert: You have 5+ years of experience across SAP EWM and 7+ years of experience across ECC Warehouse Management.
S/4 implementation experience, experience with backwards integration (e.g., Stock Room Management), and certification in SAP Extended Warehouse Management are ideal.
Relationship-builder: You thrive in a highly collaborative role working with senior clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Update various operational/customer data in software systems and applications, work to identify missing or potential operational or service concerns and communicate with appropriate groups as necessary to resolve.
• Utilize databases, logs, and other sources to locate and verify information; information is usually operational in nature, standard to complex.
• Track orders and shipments and assist with tracing as needed; usually more standard, regional or domestic operations. Create and processes invoices, reviews for operational accuracy, and works with customers on questions and payment.
