We are seeking a Supervisor, Operational Care - Broker Handover & eManifest to lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for the efficient and compliant processing of eManifests with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the timely handover of customs documentation. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, service quality, and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. As a key leader within the Operational Care Center, you will serve as the primary point of escalation for operational issues, provide coaching and training to team members, monitor departmental KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
