ADGA is hiring an experienced "Integrated Logistics Support Specialist" who will provide day to day support to the Material Managers. You will also coordinate tasks with Life Cycle Material Managers and Supply Managers. 

Tasks will include: 

  • Maintain the Integrated Logistic Support Plans for the UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) fleets by maintaining the master logistics planning documents which describe all related activities and processes.
  • Draft, manage and process supply-related documentation in support of acquisition and inventory activities, including CF supply system forms.
  • Assist in the cataloguing and supply system administration of new and existing material.
  • Plan and coordinate distribution, movement and transfer of material. Coordinate between personnel, depot, Director Quality Assurance personnel and external contractor agencies to ensure correct movement, accounting and transfer of material.
  • Facilitate specification, design, development, and acquisition of systems through the provision of ILS advice and expertise.
  • Assist in the management of GFA and GFE, which will also include the management of SCA and loan agreements/loan accounts, as and when applicable.
  • Assist in the monitoring, reporting and transaction processing of material expenditures.
  • Provide support and advice regarding the management of supply accounts and supply transactions.
Qualifications

  • Secret Level 2 security with PSPC (contract requirement)
  • Previous Department of National Defence experience and knowledge/experience using DRMIS (Defence Resource Management Information System) would be considered a strong asset. 
  • Ideal candidates: Supply Technician experience with the Canadian Forces
  • Education requirements:
    • Proof of an Undergraduate or Post-Graduate level university degree in Management Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a field related to Logistics Support “OR” a
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience within the last 7 years in at least 7 of the following assessment criteria:
    • Maintaining Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP)
    • Writing system design specifications and/or requirements statements, and consulting with stakeholders for to ensure ILS integration with other system functions.
    • Designing Integrated Logistics Support Solutions to achieve supportability and sustainability requirements including value optimization within cost constraints.
    • Conducting Reliability & maintainability analyses
    • Conducting System availability analyses
    • Participating in Training Needs Analysis work
    • Identifying Initial Support Packages, including calculation of requirements for spare parts, special tools, and documentation in response to system requirements
    • Drafting correspondence and making recommendations on the acceptance or rejection of deliverables
    • Preparing Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)
    • Conducting Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs)

Join our growing team and provide Integrated Logistics Support !

This team is part of a Tactical Communication Modernization project assisting the military in modernizing all technical radio's used by the army!

This unique experience starts ASAP to March 2026 to start with a strong possibility of extension. 

Tasks will include:

  • Contribute to the TCM sustainment business case analysis effort by performing the following tasks:
    • Identify the equipment that will require sustainment.
    • Identify the current sustainment plan and associated financial data.
    • Engage stakeholders to identify the sustainment gaps.
    • Participate and contribute to the assessment of sustainment plan from performance, flexibility, value for money and economic benefit point of view; and
    • Contribute to the writing and review of the sustainment business case analysis reports.
  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP) for TCM. These plans serve as the master logistics planning documents that describes necessary logistic activities, assigns responsibility for those activities, and establishes a schedule for completion.
  • Develop TCM project ILS related requirements to support the development of the Statement of Requirement and ISS contract specifications and requirements.
  • Provide the training development officer with information that pertains to training aspects of sustainment.
  • Engage with LCMM (Life Cycle Material Manager) to socialize the TCM proposed ILS plan, capture LCMM comments and provide summary of comments to the TCM project staff; and
  • Participate in project weekly meetings as ILS SME.
Qualifications

To be considered, you'll need to meet the following requirements: 

  • Minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience within the last 96 months in at least 8 of the following tasks: (to meet this level - Senior - you'll need to have this amount of experience in A, C, G, H, I and J.

Duties will include:

  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP) for TacC2ISM. These plans serve as the master logistics planning documents that describes necessary logistic activities, assigns responsibility for those activities, and establishes a schedule for completion.
  • Participate in the design and support processes and activities, including contributing to and initiating proposals for systems or part thereof, with a view to identify – as early as possible– all Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Durability (RAMD) criteria and optimization approaches.
  • Facilitate specification, design, development, acquisition, test, fielding, and support of systems through provision of ILS advice and expertise.
  • Design support solutions to achieve supportability requirements and value optimization within cost constraints, ensuring that the support solution integrates all applicable ILS elements.
  • Identify initial support packages for equipment, systems, and project deliverables, including the calculation of requirements for spare parts, special tools, and documentation in response to project requirements.
  • Develop plans and documents for initial provisioning including scaling calculations, procurement support, and delivery support.
  • Conduct evaluations of ILS bid proposals and provide feedback and recommendations to the project manager.
  • Work with engineering and procurement to ensure ILS efforts are integrated with other program activities.
  • Plan and implement logistic support elements which include maintenance tasks, spares, training, technical publications, translation, and facilities; and

**Position Summary:**
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of supply, purchasing policies, and supplier management for multiple sites. In addition, this position is responsible for keeping the organization's raw materials, products, systems and documentation synchronized. The Supply Chain Manager will lead strategic initiatives to improve supplier service levels and strengthen the supply base and support long term business growth. Additionally, this position plays a vital role maintaining utilization and development of and ERP systems. This position must have great flexibility with the ability to support/lead multiple efforts including critical path timeline related to projects as assigned. Responsible to develop and drive departmental metrics to support business strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing deployment and production planning strategies across our Canadian and PacNW region network, ensuring optimal product availability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00/6:30 AM - 3:00/4:00 PM (flexibility required during peak seasons)

Pay Range: $74,979 - $89,079. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
This person will have travel into the United States for meeting purposes. Must be able to travel as needed.
**Key responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage deployment and production planning strategies for manufacturing sites and 3rd party warehouses.
- Analyze and redirect customer orders to optimal sourcing locations based on product availability.
- Maintain and update planning tools, KPI reports, and master production schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, transportation, sales, and production to meet case fill targets.
- Forecast inventory moves and warehousing costs over a 12-18 month horizon.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support system enhancements.
- Maintain SAP master data for new item setups, product transitions, and key planning functions.
- Support efforts to reduce stagnant inventory and improve direct ship and line load opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, FSMS).

- Strong SAP skills; experience with APO, MRP, and OSP is a plus.
