  • Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to gather and disseminate shipment information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's logistics management system (LMS).
  • Assist in resolving logistical discrepancies, customer inquiries, and operational challenges remotely.
  • Prepare reports on shipping volumes, delivery times, and operational performance as required.
  • Support the onboarding process for new carriers and logistics partners.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to data security and remote work.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors within logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, administrative support, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage documentation and data entry accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across different platforms.
