This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and has the potential to lead to future advancements within the college.
Rate Range: $48,000-$55,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the procurement and distribution of educational materials, supplies, and equipment, including:

- Collaborate and assist with faculty, staff, students, and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate communication.

Qualifications
- Certificate in Business Administration, or a related field.

· Receiving and storing IT assets and peripherals
· Picking IT assets in preparation for configuration and deployment
· Packing customer shipments for direct to customer and office shipments
· Preparation of IT assets for transportation in line with IT and InfoSec polices
· Safe handling and destruction of IT media in accordance with InfoSec policy
· Appropriate management of returned IT assets in accordance with compute reuse processes, reverse logistics processes, or disposal processes
· Preparation of all new hire equipment and supporting campus IT staff at new hire orientation
· Assist other teams in the tear down and removal of IT assets from staff who have left the organization, and transporting these assets in accordance with InfoSec policy
Basic Qualifications
· Detail oriented - able to consistently work with shipment accuracy in mind while minimizing errors
· Work Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (subject to change)
· Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours at a time
· Must be able to bend and lift equipment up to 49 lbs throughout the shift
· Ability to work overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience packing shipments in a warehouse environment
· Experience in maintaining inventory levels including receiving, storage, and auditing
· Experience in customer service
· Experience using a trouble ticket management system
· Experience using shipping software such as UPS Worldship
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric · Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
· Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives

The base salary for this position ranges from $58,800/year up to $75,200/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In this role, you will design and deploy SAP S4 Logistics solutions, collaborating with project and operational teams to align business needs with module and solution functions. You will be actively involved in all project phases and provide technological solution support. Additionally, you will work closely with business counterparts to design and create SAP solutions that enhance business processes and support business goals and strategies.
Day to Day:
Coordinate and execute Change Requests from Process design through Functional Specifications and Implementation, including coordination of resource partners for end-to-end process coverage
Maintain ongoing collaboration with business stakeholders and peers to gather and interpret user/system requirements, pain points and process issues
Develop and maintain prioritization of change requests
Leading stakeholders in detailed business process blueprint activities to create blueprints and use cases/user stories
Preparing detailed functional specifications for development activities including workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms
Executing unit testing, functional testing, and system integration testing is completed to Arcteryx standards

Skills and Requirements
You have a relevant university degree or technical diploma and a minimum of 8 years related experience in SAP System development and sustainment. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
You have 6+ years of recent experience with distribution and transportation business processes, ideally in the world of retail, wholesale, fashion, footwear or similar
You have 6+ years of functional experience in SAP SD (EWM an added benefit).
You have a background in implementing SAP S4 and/or SAP FMS, SAP AFS.
You have knowledge of SAP integration with automated warehouse solutions and 3PLs
You may have experience with SAP GTS or ShipERP as an additional asset
