Key Responsibilities:
- Order, receive, and manage inventory of parts
- Fulfill parts requests for service technicians across the region
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and organization
- Use software tools like Excel, Outlook, and Sampo to manage and update systems
- Work from shared drives and email folders to track parts and resolve issues
- Scan and catalog equipment and components accurately
- Collaborate and be a team player
What You'll Bring:
- Must be bilingual in French and English
- Physical fitness to regularly lift up to 50lbs
- Comfort working onsite Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Tech confidence—navigating shared drives, email systems, inventory platforms
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Great time management and a knack for prioritizing when the pace picks up
Nice to Have:
- Forklift certification (propane counterbalance preferred)
- Previous warehouse or inventory management experience
- Experience in parts ordering, purchasing, or logistics

Responsabilités principales :
- Commander, recevoir et gérer l’inventaire des pièces.
- Répondre aux demandes de pièces pour les techniciens de service dans la région.
- Maintenir la propreté, l'ordre et l'organisation de l'entrepôt.
- Utiliser des outils logiciels tels qu'Excel, Outlook et Sampo pour gérer et mettre à jour les systèmes.
- Travailler depuis des lecteurs partagés et des dossiers de messagerie pour suivre les pièces et résoudre les problèmes.
- Scanner et cataloguer avec précision les équipements et les composants. Collaborer et être un joueur d'équipe.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Doit être bilingue en français et en anglais.
- Condition physique pour soulever régulièrement jusqu'à 50 lbs.
- Confort de travail sur site du lundi au vendredi, de 7h30 à 16h30.
- Confiance en la technologie : navigation dans des lecteurs partagés, systèmes de messagerie, plateformes d'inventaire.
- Excellentes compétences en réflexion critique et en organisation.
- Grande gestion du temps et capacité à établir des priorités lorsque le rythme s'accélère.
- Atouts : Certification de chariot élévateur (préférence pour le contrebalancement au propane).
- Expérience précédente en entrepôt ou en gestion d'inventaire.
- Expérience dans la commande de pièces, les achats ou la logistique.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will :
- Plan, coordinate and organize national and international shipments
- Prepare the necessary documents for shipments (commercial invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
- Monitor shipments in transit and communicate relevant information to the appropriate teams
- Manage merchandise returns and organize pick-ups from customers or partners
- Enter and keep logistics data up to date in internal systems
- Work closely with the sales, production and customer service departments
- Ensure that shipments comply with current regulations (customs, security, etc.). )
- Follow up regularly with carriers and resolve delivery issues
- Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed (EDC)
Skills required:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar role in logistics or transportation
- DEP, AEC or DEC in transportation logistics or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of logistics processes.
- Mastery of Excel and IT tools (ERP or logistics management software, an asset)
- Functional bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) for exchanges with our international partners
- Familiarity with carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and international customs procedures
- Knowledge of shipping and compliance standards (e.g. incoterms, export documents)

- Inventory, distribution management and/or ERP supply chain software implementations
- Business process requirement definition, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training
- You also have operational experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Inventory and Order Management
- Forecasting, Demand & Supply Planning
- General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Chart of Accounts & Financial Statements
- Logistical Activities
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting aptitude
