Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma
- Current registration in good standing with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- CPR Level C and First Aid certification
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living is an asset
- Strong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills
- A commitment to Baptist Housing’s values and a servant leadership approach to care
- Availability to work consistent evenings and/or rotating shifts depending on the assigned FTE line

You understand the aging process and are skilled in supporting individuals living with chronic illness, dementia, and other complex conditions. You lead with empathy, advocate for resident wellness, and find joy in serving others.
Compensation & Benefits
Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 - $41.35 as detailed in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement. You will be welcomed into a warm and supportive workplace, along with professional growth opportunities, and meaningful recognition.
