Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maven in creative writing, online marketing and social media platforms
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers in person, phone calls, emails

Requirements
  • 1+ years of retail sales experience
  • High school; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding client experience by identifying individual needs and offering tailored service

  • Uphold brand values and knowledge, serving as an ambassador for luxury jewellery and timepiece collections

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships

  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury retail environment

  • Ability to work flexibly based on the needs of the business and your clients (evenings, weekends, and holidays as required)
