Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Tech Lead u2013 Websites to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-performing, enterprise-grade websites and web applications. The ideal candidate is a seasoned hands-on full-stack developer who is now ready to lead teams from a technical standpoint, take ownership of end-to-end architecture, and ensure technical excellence across both internal developers and external vendors/contractors.
This role requires deep hands-on proficiency in both front-end and server-side technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, React, and Next.js. Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and a solid understanding of web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx) is essential. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, cloud hosting environments (e.g., Azure App Services), and modern deployment practices will be a strong plus.
Youu2019ll be joining a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on building clean, responsive, and scalable web experiences using modern web architecture. In addition to technical delivery, this role includes responsibility for system design, solution architecture, technical governance, and select financial/operational tasks such as reviewing vendor billing, managing budgets, and contributing to executive presentations and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Execution
Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of high-quality, responsive websites and web applications.
Guide, mentor, and support junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
Review and approve internal and vendor code for quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Champion modern development practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO fundamentals, and performance optimization.
Contribute to hands-on development where neededu2014especially for complex features, performance fixes, and architectural proof of concepts.
System Design & Solution Architecture
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure web solutions.
Produce architecture diagrams and system designs using tools like Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio.
Make technical decisions on frameworks, APIs, integrations, and hosting solutions in alignment with business goals.
Lead technical design reviews and oversee architectural alignment across teams and vendors.
Team & Vendor Collaboration
Provide technical leadership and oversight to both in-house and contractor/vendor developers.
Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality, security, and architectural standards through code reviews and ongoing collaboration.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless project execution.
Operational & Business Responsibilities
Develop and deliver technical content for executive slide decks, roadmaps, and stakeholder presentations.
Participate in budget planning, cost estimates, and resource allocation in collaboration with project managers.
Review and validate vendor/contractor billing, track hours against scope, and support project financial tracking.
Ensure proper documentation of systems, architecture, and operational procedures for future reference and compliance.

What you have to offer:
Required Skills and Qualifications
8u201310 years of professional experience in website and web application development.
Deep hands-on expertise in:
Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Next.js
Back-end: Node.js, PHP, Python, or .NET
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
CMS: WordPress, Headless CMS (e.g., Contentful, Strapi)
Web Servers: Apache, Nginx
Proficient in architecture tools such as Lucidchart and Microsoft Visio.
Experience working with cloud hosting platforms (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Strong understanding of responsive design, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and WCAG accessibility standards.
Proven track record of managing vendor deliverables and collaborating in hybrid/remote team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR), JAMstack, micro frontends, and API-first architectures.
Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
Knowledge of web security principles (OWASP Top 10).
Certifications in solution architecture or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) are a strong asset.

The job of a London Drugs TECH Specialist is to provides sales assistance to our customers in all technical areas of the store including Computers, Audio Visual Equipment, Mobile Phones, Electronics, and Photographic equipment.
Roles and responsibilities:
- work independently to advise clients on specific products and services throughout the Computer, Audio Video and Photo/Electronics departments.
- position London Drugs as a destination for trusted experts when it comes to consumer electronics technology.
- provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner
- stay up to date on new technology/products and will attend product knowledge seminars.
- perform inventory counts, merchandise, and maintain the professional sales image of the department.
- proven skills to provide advice and guidance to customers on products, services and store promotions
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends
- ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers, vendors, employees, and management
- ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor, which will reflect positively on the overall London Drugs brand
- past experience selling Computers, Audio Visual Equipment, Mobile Phones or Photo/Electronics

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammogram Technologist to join our healthcare team. As a Mammogram Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases. You will work closely with radiologists, healthcare providers, and patients to ensure accurate and timely imaging results while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mammography examinations following established protocols and guidelines.
- Prepare and position patients for mammography procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Operate mammography equipment and adjust settings to obtain optimal images.
- Review and evaluate images for technical quality, ensuring proper identification and documentation.
- Collaborate with radiologists to provide accurate and timely imaging results.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
- Educate patients on the mammography process and address any questions or concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on mammography equipment.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO).

- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and training.
