Reporting to the Chief Digital & Operations Officer, the Vice President, Project Management & Business Integration is a member of the senior leadership team, responsible for contributing to the development of strategies and for the development and execution of operational and business plans which support Assiniboine Credit Union / Caisse Assiniboine (ACU) in achieving its strategic goals in support of ACU’s vision, mission, purpose and aligned with ACU’s values.
As a senior leader, this role is key to supporting ACU’s commitment to rural and agricultural communities, francophone services and values-based banking and ACU’s triple bottom line accountability to people, planet, and prosperity.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Leadership
- Leads, develops, and mentors a high performing team of project management and business analysis professionals, to deliver and exceed expectations while coaching team members to realize their professional development goals.
- Adopts and sustains Engaging with Purpose practices including one on one coaching, observational coaching through team meetings and one-on-ones.
- Encourages creativity, ideation, and innovative thinking by all employees to move beyond traditional ways of doing things and push past status quo.
- Develops effective working relationships across all departments and with internal partners, acting as One Assiniboine to achieve ACU’s strategic objectives.
- Maintains overall department service levels and standards, ensuring team capabilities support the delivery and execution of strategic and operational plans to consistently deliver business outcomes.
- Accountable for the budgets of the department that ensure cost efficient corporate spending based on business need including all capital, operating and personnel expenditures.
- Informs the annual budget and goal planning process setting achievable and aspirational targets that are aligned to ACU’s strategic objectives.
- Implements workforce plans aligning resources based on organizational and operational needs, using data to inform decisions.
- Acts as an ambassador of ACU by being visible in the organization and the community in support of corporate and community initiatives.

Enterprise Planning & Execution
- Develops and implements a comprehensive project management office and business analysis strategy aligned with the ACU’s business goals and objectives.
- Leads the development of strategy for enterprise operational planning processes to transition strategic goals into tangible multi-year plans and detailed current year operating plans to achieve strategic KPIs and the balanced scorecard.
- Works with senior leadership and stakeholders to define and prioritize the portfolio of projects through ideation, opportunity assessment, business case, approval, planning, and implementation.
- Analyzes and identifies synergies and redundancies in opportunities and plans and collaborates to define transformational strategies and priorities based on organizational goals, objectives, and KPIs
- Provides strategic viewpoints and supporting material to support the change management processes.
- Coaches leaders in their ownership and accountability for leading change within their teams and beyond.
- Develops, defines, tracks, and analyzes performance and change success metrics for the adoption and impact of transformation initiatives.
- Identifies opportunities for evolution of tools and reporting practices to provide deeper insights and efficient and effective management of projects and initiatives within the portfolio
- Provides guidance and direction to project managers, ensuring that effective project controls are established and maintained for all projects within their span of control.
- As a strategic advisor, provides comprehensive guidance and coaching to executive project sponsors and project teams on the development of success criteria and measurable KPIs for individual programs and projects.
Partner & Vendor Relations
- Responsible for the development, maintenance and quality of all applicable partner, supplier and vendor relationships.
- Leads vendor management and leverages agreements to get the best value for the company, including holding vendors accountable to delivering within SLAs and contracts.
- Supports the vendor negotiation process considering the cross functional aspects of ACUs business; including but not limited to project management and ongoing support.
Regulation & Compliance
- Manage and mitigate risk through adherence to policy and procedure with focus on accuracy.
- Review and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance, internal control, and adherence to legislation.
- Accountable for leadership and coordination of internal and external audits to strengthen internal controls and operations.
- Support Internal Audit in the completion of regular reviews and audits and ensure accountability to resulting action plans.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent plus 10 or more years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role. Master level degrees in any of the related fields and the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation would be considered an asset.

Location & Work Environment
This position is anticipated to be fully remote or hybrid role; it will be a permanent full time role Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). Employees on a hybrid work arrangement will be required to be in-office at least one day each week. Attendance at in person meeting would be an expectation irrespective of the work arrangement. The physical location for this role will be the Head Office located at 540 St Anne's Rd, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2M 5R7

POSITION SUMMARY:
Working under the direction of the Sr. Technical Editor (Data Management), you are to research, analyze, markup and assemble build specific work research packages from multiple data sources such as Bills of Material (BOMs), engineering drawings, and vendor information. Perform manual update research and editing tasks as determined by the Sr. Tech Editor or Publications Coordinator when required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Create manual section research packages by extracting data from all available sources such as engineering BOMs, product photos, supplier documents, engineering specs, engineering drawings, and use to identify changes or new info to existing bus parts data.
- Effectively organize the assigned research information packages (both hard copy and electronic versions) in order of priority and project strategy so they can be completed and handed over to the illustration group within the deadlines given.
- Complete all Team Center research work tasks as assigned by Technical Editors and following established work procedures.
- Contact any engineering staff or Part Supplier to clarify and verify the accuracy of their data or to source new data if required. This is very important which requires proper communication and investigative skills in order to obtain the required information within the timeframe available for each project. Maintaining a good working relationship with each supplier.
- Maintain proper records of part supplier (vendor) data requests and perform follow-up actions to ensure that data requested is correct and obtained when required.
- Perform all research duties according to established procedures and guidelines and to proactively communicate with Technical Editors at any time when you are not certain.
- Perform editing tasks as determined by the Sr. Tech Editor or Publications Coordinator when required to supplement any shortfalls of editing capacity. Those tasks can include; SRPM template cleaning, editing, statistic reports, mentoring staff and supplying alternative solutions.
- Perform manual update recording and manual bulletin creation when required
- Complete tasks within specified time schedule deadlines and perform quality control checks of all work before handing in.
- Assign New Flyer part numbers to new OEM supplier parts.
- Properly maintain and archive source documentation in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Collect and communicate to the Technical Editor all data inaccuracies identified during the project so they are promptly recorded into the update system.
- Perform efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
- Consult with Technical Editors for clarification and information.
- Upgrade skills on new or updated software.
Requirements
- Certification/diploma from recognized technical school as a Mechanical Technologist or equivalent workplace experience.
- 3-5 years experience in interpreting Manufacturing BOMs and engineering drawings into service parts lists.
- Heavy equipment/automotive parts manufacturing background.
- Experience in sourcing vendor data.
- Experience with Engineering Data Management systems such as TeamCenter.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Excellent investigative and communication skills in an engineering environment.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude.
- Effective customer service and investigative skills.
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office applications, Windows OS and network. Oracle database ERP system.
- Working experience in the technical publishing industry as a data research technician is an asset.

Reporting to the VP, Airport Development and Asset Optimization, the Director, Asset Management is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for advancing and continuously improving YVR’s enterprise-wide asset management strategy. By establishing robust governance, data-driven practices, and an effective organizational structure, the Director ensures the airport maximizes the value of its assets and infrastructure while meeting customer needs and fulfilling YVR’s purpose of serving the community and economy.
With a commercial and systems-oriented mindset, the Director is accountable for optimizing the total lifecycle costs of YVR’s infrastructure and developing multi-year investment plans across all asset classes. This highly strategic role bridges operational, business, financial, and asset planning, contributing directly to organizational priorities and long-term objectives.
A collaborative leader and cross-departmental partner, the Director works closely with teams in Engineering, Project Delivery, Maintenance, IT, Finance, Supply Management, Operations, and others to embed a data- and technology-first mindset across the organization. Leveraging strong analytical and critical thinking skills, the Director translates complex data into actionable insights and evidence-based recommendations.

- Design, implement, and monitor change management strategies to support organizational adoption of asset management principles and practices.
- Drive the ongoing improvement of the Asset Management System by staying abreast of industry best practices, participating in professional networks, and engaging external experts as needed.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team currently comprising two Managers and five staff, including establishing team structure, overseeing recruitment and performance management, coaching and mentoring, and supporting professional development.

Key qualifications include:
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in asset management within complex, asset-intensive organizations in the public or private sector with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Post-secondary degree in engineering (with P. Eng designation preferred), architecture, project management, business, or a related field; an MBA, PMP, and/or certifications in Asset Management or Maintenance Management are considered strong assets.
- Expertise in capital and infrastructure planning, leveraging technology, data, and systems to drive strategic outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in implementing change management strategies and fostering organizational adoption of innovative asset management practices.

The Role:

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support from current managers and teammates within a region and across Canada to build a successful management career at EMCO.
Program Outline:
Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer service – Build your product knowledge and gain hands on experience with the logistical side of the business and learn how our products get from the vendor to the customer. You will also get involved in our customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more.
Phase 2: Customer relationships and Procurement – Go from helping customers with various customer service issues to managing large-scale projects and problem solving. While building relationships with customers and vendors, and providing world class service, learn how to read blueprint drawings to create a quote of materials the customer will require to complete their project.
Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales – With a focus on business development, you will learn how to find new business opportunities, how to sell our products, negotiate contracts resulting in expanding the customer base of the business, and creating level 5 customer partnerships.
Phase 4: Leadership and Operations – It is now your turn to provide a strategic vision, lead a team of your own, mentor others, and run the business by focusing on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.
Once you have completed the phases of training, you will be ready to take on the challenge of being a manager at one of our Canadian Profit Center locations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Strong interest in sales
- Valid driver’s license

Salary Range: $52,500

Position Summary :
This position requires the successful candidate to be Mutual fund licensed.
Advisors in the Corporate Channel provide proactive outstanding planning and advice to clients leading with the IG Living Plan. The role provides a unique opportunity for financial planners to receive a competitive total compensation package including base salary, bonus, benefits and pension, while having the opportunity to serve existing IG clients and earn uncapped variable income. The Advisor, IG Wealth Management, Corporate Channel role is a primarily remote role where individuals have the opportunity to work from an IG Wealth Management region office when needed as they deliver on IG’s holistic approach to financial planning which goes beyond traditional investment advice to include all aspects of the client’s financial life including investment strategies, retirement planning, mortgages, banking and insurance.
Responsibilities :
- Providing clients with holistic financial plans that consider all aspects of their financial life including their short and long-term goals, tax, retirement, risk management and estate planning.
- Identifying opportunities to deepen and solidify the relationship with the client while ensuring regulatory guidelines are followed
- Supporting a positive client experience with an 85% focus on servicing existing clients according to the Corporate Channel service standard and 15% on growing the client base.
- Maximizing efficiency and enhancing service levels through the use of IGWM’s digital tools
- Managing day-to-day priorities, servicing inbound/outbound client contacts, executing on proactive campaigns, and retention activities that are provided by our Marketing team.

Qualifications :

- LLQP and Provincial Licensing exam passed for Insurance or willingness to be completed within first 60 days of employment.
- ETF approved for trading completed.
- Proficiency in the use of digital tools, including CRM and Financial Planning software
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Financial Planner (“F.Pl") designation preferred or willing to actively pursue within first 2 years in role.
- Understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and economic market issues.
