What will you be doing?
- Support Product Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking product development lifecycles
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to monitor product timelines and deliverables and to facilitate engineering changes
- Assist in preparing product documentation
- Conduct research and compile competitive analysis, market trends and customer feedback
- Help maintain product databases, configuration control and revision histories
- Support maintenance of product bills of materials, methods of manufacture and costing assessments

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the customer's Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Implement and manage core identity use cases, including user registration, authentication, account recovery (forgot password/username), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Design, develop, and maintain authentication and authorization trees, nodes, chains, and policies aligned with business requirements.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for ForgeRock support, managing incident troubleshooting, problem resolution, upgrades and certificate maintenance.
- Monitor ForgeRock logs in real time and troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with client teams to onboard new applications, optimize platform performance, and implement enhancements.
- Troubleshoot front-end UI issues, leveraging ForgeRock SDK, OAuth, and SAML integrations.
- Lead major incident resolution (war-room scenarios), conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and present preventive measures to clients.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with ForgeRock (2-5 years).
- Experience in ForgeRock products like ForgeRock AM, ForgeRock DS and ForgeRock Identity Cloud
- Experience implementing OAuth, OIDC, SAML or similar identity, authorization or authentication protocols/frameworks would be an added advantage.

Job DescriptionADGA is hiring a Life Cycle Material Management Technician to support an existing program with DND.
In this role you will provide technical expertise and assist our customer to deliver TacNet hardware and manage the LCSS (Land Command Support System) Tactical Network.
You will need to have experience in the area o Life Cycle Material Management and the DRMIS Software suite. (used by DND/CAF) Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure including: Data Processing, Data Storage, Networking and Power is required.
Tasks will include:
- assist in the LCMM (life cycle material management) of the LCSS TacNet hardware fleet which includes the planning, cataloguing procurement, distribution, tracking and disposal of equipment.
- assist in the creation and management of an LCSS HQ equipment strategy, including obsolescence management and maintaining a renewal/recapitalization plan for LCSS TacNet hardware.
- participate in Hardware baseline procurement, cataloguing and equipment tracking.
- assist with the configuration management of LCSS HW baselines.
- work with Supply Managers to ensure the correct movement o equipment through the supply systems.
- work with the internal workshop to coordinate repair and disposal tasks related to the TacNet equipment.
- work with Test Establishment to determine appropriate standards and qualifications, and then coordinating testing of TacNet equipment.
- work with the Army and other groups to resolve issues to the equipment.

- Education required: proof of College Diploma in Electronics, Computer Technology or a relevant field required to support LCSS, or a demonstrated qualification level 6A or 6B and a demonstrated min substantive rank of Warranty Officer in the Canadian Forces.
- Minimum of 36 months of demonstrated experience within the last 60 months in the preparation of technical documents including requirements, specifications, checklists, bullets, reports, proposals, equipment disposal plans.
- Minimum of 48 months of demonstrated experience in the last 72 months in a minimum o 6 of the following areas below:
- experience using a recognized process framework or using an LCMM handbook.
- experience working on ERP software (like SAP) for equipment cataloguing.

Additional Information
- ADGA currently holds this Defence contract. This is a multiple year contract.
