This is for a general laborer position that is on a rotating shift.
Monday to Friday Day Shift 6:00 AM- 2:00 PM, and (5 x 8 HR.) For two weeks
Monday to Thursday Afternoon Shift 2:00 PM- 12:30 AM (4 x 10 HR.) For two weeks
We are growing and looking for Production Workers! We have a variety of union jobs starting at $22.64/HR.

**Position Summary**
Production Operators are responsible for following instructions and established safety requirements to operate equipment used in various stages of the cable manufacturing process. Operators must be able to meet productivity requirements and create products that conform to quality standards.

**What will your day-to-day look like?**
+ Lead a team of managers and/or individual contributors responsible for the coordination of production activities.
+ Ensure on-time delivery of all products in its portfolio and coordinate as needed with internal customers.
+ Coordinate the planning and allocation of resources and materials for maximum use of manufacturing equipment and personnel.
+ Align material flow with delivery plans and coordinate with internal (input material) and external (shop assist) suppliers

+ Support the quality vision and the daily management of quality activities including improvements in SRR (scrap repair and rework)

+ Define the long-term vision and manage the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
+ Ensure application of health, safety and environmental policies and improve risk management by improving practices
