What Youll Do

As our Operations Lead, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with production goals and company standards.
  • Play a central role in the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP software, with a focus on streamlining production planning, inventory control, and real-time reporting.
  • Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency, track productivity, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of manufacturing.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs and quality control procedures, ensuring equipment reliability and product consistency.
  • Plan and manage production schedules, workflows, and labour allocation to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Identify production bottlenecks and implement data-driven process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce downtime.
  • Lead, coach, and support the onboarding, training, and development of production team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Track and analyze operational performance through ERP-generated reports, providing clear insights and updates to senior leadership.

    • Identify automation and AI-driven opportunities to streamline operations
    • Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
    • Create detailed documentation of current and future-state processes
    • Support change management and ensure sustainability of improvements
    • Deliver measurable outcomes in efficiency, cost savings, and performance

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
    • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory)
    • 5+ years of experience in process improvement or industrial engineering roles
    • Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Minit)
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
    • Familiarity with task automation or AI/ML-driven solution design is a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
