1. SolidWorks Engineer / CAD Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop sheet metal and structural components in SolidWorks
Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and assemblies for production
Work with the production team to ensure designs are efficient, manufacturable, and cost-effective
Assist in new product development (Safe Rail™, ComboTool Pro workbenches, and more)
Collaborate with sales and customers to provide design support and modifications
Requirements:
Proficiency in SolidWorks (sheet metal and weldment design experience required)

2+ years of relevant CAD design experience (or equivalent education/portfolio)
2. Sales & Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and build relationships with manufacturers, contractors, and distributors
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Amazon listings, social media, trade shows)
Work with engineering and production teams to quote projects and close sales
Expand market presence for our proprietary products (Safe Rail™, ComboTool Pro, and more)
Manage client communication, prepare proposals, and follow up on opportunities
Requirements:
Background in sales, marketing, or business development (B2B/industrial preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills

+ Unit and Integration test frameworks

**Technical knowledge in the following areas is an asset:**

+ Relational and NoSQL database design, administration and use, and OData
+ Experience with BTP Cloud Foundry
+ Working experience in managing services with distributed systems and cloud scale with strong automation skills
+ Relevant Industry Certification is a plus
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent
+ 1 - 2 years overall professional experience
+ Good understanding of cloud concepts and cloud technologie

Our client is a very well-established food manufacturing processing & packaging organisation with 3- 4 sites in Canada. They have a job open for Director- Supply Chain (Raw Material & Inventory Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Transportation) to be based out of their facility located in Milton – Guelph- Cambridge, ON area . Director, Supply Chain will ideally have a minimum of 5-7 years’ of leadership experience in plant level manufacturing in Fresh / frozen / ready to eat Food, Produce, Dairy, Protein, Meat, Ready -to-Eat, Fresh, Daily or Produce, managing plant level supply chain including sourcing and contracts strong analytical numbers and cost driven mindset, excellent analytical skills – Excel, Power BI and similar and established success in laying down Supply Chain strategy yet manging daily tactical functions. Bachelor’s degree, experience with food manufacturing plant level supply chain helps. Familiarity with GMP, CFIA, and other food safety compliance is a MUST. Ability to work on-site 3-4 days initially and be able to travel 10-15% nationally is a MUST.
