The opportunity

dcbel is looking to hire a Manufacturing Information Analyst to join our data-driven manufacturing organization to spearhead the integration, management, and analysis of data from production, supply chain, testing, and quality control, using our ERP, PLM and MES systems. Youll drive operational growth by developing processes and managing the digital infrastructure that powers production, enhances visibility, automates workflows, and informs decision-making across our supply chain and contract manufacturing network. Your core responsibility will be to ensure our digital data twin accurately reflects every step of our procurement and manufacturing processes, mirroring the physical flow of goods in real time.

Main responsibilities

• Manage BOMs, specifications, and process data in ERP/PLM systems; ensure data accuracy and system alignment; configure workflows and generate reports.
  
• Optimize engineering and manufacturing workflows; standardize data entry and change management protocols.
• Develop compatibility matrix management, production tracking tools, and fixed asset tracking processes.
• Oversee ECOs, manage running/breaking changes in production, handle BOM updates, and coordinate with suppliers on BOM evolution.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for production, yield, and quality metrics; ensure real-time accuracy and usability. Monitor KPIs, produce reports, and propose data-driven enhancements.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, gather requirements, and deploy solutions to improve efficiency through ERP/PLM or other platforms.
• Educate teams on system usage and best practices.
• Work closely with engineering, supply chain and finance teams to integrate data and provide insights into operations-related data.

Key requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, system integration, data management, and enterprise software configuration/automation, ideally with Microsoft Business Central.
  
• Experience with manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
• Proficient with PLM, ERP, MES and other manufacturing-related production systems.
• Experience working with Microsoft Business Central, Power BI or Arena PLM.

Relevant du directeur de la fabrication, ce rôle multidisciplinaire et dynamique soutient la production de notre imprimante 3D phare, Hylo. 

À l’interface entre nos équipes d’ingénierie et de production, vous identifierez et mettrez en œuvre des opportunités d'amélioration de l'efficacité, de la qualité et de réduction des coûts. Au quotidien, vous collaborerez étroitement avec l'équipe de production pour relever divers défis, notamment l’introduction de modifications techniques, la résolution de problèmes qualité, la création d’outils d’assemblage ou l’évaluation de nouveaux fournisseurs.

Responsabilités  

- Soutenir l’introduction des modifications techniques (ECO) dans le flux de production 

- Recueillir les retours de conception pour l’assemblage (DFA) et la fabrication (DFM) de l’équipe d’assemblage et intégrer les améliorations via les demandes de modification et les revues de conception 

- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations d’outillage, d’aménagement des postes de travail, ou des procédures qualité 

- Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles cellules d’assemblage, de systèmes de suivi des matériaux, et à la planification de nouveaux sites de production 

- Apporter un soutien technique pour diagnostiquer les causes racines des alertes qualité et recommander des actions correctives 

- Participer au développement des processus qualité et de l’infrastructure au sein de l’organisation de production 

- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des actions correctives à travers des mises à jour documentaires, le développement d’outils d’assemblage ou des investissements légers en automatisation 

- Mener les initiatives liées à l’obsolescence des composants ou à l’identification de nouveaux fournisseurs 

Qualifications  

- Spécialisation dans l'ingénierie de la fabrication, l'ingénierie industrielle ou l'assurance qualité 

- Diplôme technique, soit de l’école professionnelle, soit d’ingénieur 

- 7 ans + d’expérience dans un environnement de fabrication de machines ou d’assemblage de produits complexes 

- Expérience dans la mise en place et la montée en échelle de systèmes de production pour des produits électromécaniques complexes 

- Expérience en fabrication sous contrat est un atout 

- Attitude proactive, orientée solution, avec une approche pragmatique 

- Excellente communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais 

- Connaissance des processus de gestion des modifications techniques (ECO) et des meilleures pratiques de gestion du changement 

- Maîtrise de SolidWorks ou d’un logiciel équivalent de conception 3D et de dessin 2D 

- Aisance avec les systèmes ERP, le scripting Python, et d’autres technologies d’automatisation légère
