As a Content Development Specialist, you will work closely with the Technical Delivery Manager, engineers and subject matter experts across business units, and the core Manulife University team to ensure high-quality, engaging, and impactful technical content is crafted, maintained, and continuously improved. You'll support the full content lifecycle-from conceptualization to post-publication success metrics-while fostering a strong community of practice around knowledge sharing.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Design and develop engaging, high-quality technical learning experiences using approved tools (PowerPoint, Articulate360 suite, Synthesia, Edcast suite, Clipchamp, MS Forms)
+ Simplify complex technical concepts into accessible, learner-friendly formats.
+ Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with Manulife University standards.
+ Coach and support content creators on instructional design, storytelling, and tool usage.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to align learning strategies with business goals.
+ Review and validate content for technical accuracy and platform compatibility.
+ Facilitate seamless collaboration between content creators and platform teams.
+ Manage post-publication activities including feedback, content freshness, and performance metrics.
+ Continuously improve content frameworks and user experience.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2-5 years related engineering or software delivery experience with expectation that you are a hands-on practitioner.
+ Previous experience in technical content creation is required with a passion for learning, teaching, and helping others grow.
+ Experience with Synthesia, Confluence and Articulate is a strong asset.
+ Strong storytelling, instructional design, or technical writing skills.
+ Ability to understand and communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively to broad range of users (with or without a technical background).

+ Support the management of the bank's Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) model, including regular updates of key assumptions and behavioural studies using Python/SQL programing in Azure Data Lake and Synapse/Databricks tools
+ Support the day-to-day cash management and operational activities of the Treasury Team
+ Promote timely, data-driven decisions both within the Treasury Team and the larger Bank by driving operational efficiencies through automation using key technologies (Synapse, Databricks, Excel, Power Query, Python, SQL)
+ Support other areas of treasury operations including hedging, liquidity risk management, product pricing, wholesale issuance, and funding plan

**Required Qualifications:**
+ University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or another quantitative field

As a member of TD Wealth Advice, the Financial Planning Coach is responsible for coaching and mentoring with TD Wealth Financial Planners deliver high value financial planning to TD's Mass Affluent clients. Specifically, the Financial Planning Coach has accountability for:
a) Provide coaching and expertise to TD Wealth Financial Planners to bolster their financial planning acumen and deliver comprehensive financial planning to all clients

**Position Summary**
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Business, Financial Planning and Analysis, the Financial Planning & Business Analysis Manager will coordinate the preparation and perform a first review of internal financial reports and analysis of monthly business performance, as well as play a key role in the management of budgeting & forecasting processes and in business partnering with Brand teams.

Scope:
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will play a key role to support organization’s planning, forecasting and analysis activities for a mid-size multinational company.
