The full team comprises a diverse range of talent that allows us to offer the full spectrum of big picture process design to niche level materials handling.   Senior Project Engineer - FOOD MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE MANDATORY Bringing a minimum of 5 - 10 years of FOOD MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY Project Engineering experience to manage and drive multiple projects in a food manufacturing setting. The Project Engineer must be familiar with and follow best practice Project Management methodologies. Recommend, manage, and implement efforts to streamline the organization's processes and establish best practices. Using his/her ability to organize and lead meetings (plan, facilitate, document, follow up) to accomplish objectives. Requirements: ** Lead major project initiatives in the food industry. The responsibilities would include identifying all equipment capabilities, utility & infrastructure requirements and developing Process Flow Diagrams and layout concepts. ** Lead Installation activities at client sites to ensure proper installation of all intended project designs. Manage contractors and enforce client safety measures. ** Support site start-up team and troubleshoot issues when they arise. • Perform microbiological and chemical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water, and environmental swabs - prepare samples for internal and external analysis.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, databases, and certificates of analysis while ensuring compliance with SOPs, GLP, HACCP, GMP, CFIA, and SQF standards.
• Communicate test results, non-conformances, and quality issues to supervisors and stakeholders, and support corrective actions.
• Participate in audits, prepare quality KPIs, and assist in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment, monitor supplies, and provide backup QA/technician coverage as required (including weekends).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of lab testing experience (microbiological and chemical) in food manufacturing
• One year in the dairy, food, or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dairy Technology, Science, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP, and quality systems.

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our production facility. You will spend the majority of your time on the production floor ensuring the highest standards, while also completing administrative tasks in the office.
Start time: 5AM/6AM
Pay rate $20/hour
**Responsibilities**
Inspect products and ensure proper procedures are followed at various stations.
Conduct tests on produce and verify label accuracy.
Perform sample testing from different pallets.
Lift weights ranging from 20lbs to 60lbs comfortably.
Complete and report the results of floor tests.
Communicate findings with various departments.
Print labels and manage data entry.
**Essential Skills**
Experience in quality control or assurance.
Strong communication skills for customer interactions and report creation.
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office and Excel.
