How you'll make an impact
Merger Transition Support:
- Facilitate the onboarding of merger partners to Salesforce Marketing Cloud by adhering to established processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track relevant user stories, and conduct thorough post-deployment checks to ensure successful transitions.
Platform Enhancement & Solutioning:
- Contribute to the ideation and implementation of improvements or new requirements for existing processes, features, and capabilities.
- Drive the expansion of platform functionalities to meet evolving business needs and enhance marketing automation capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing automation colleagues and other departments to brainstorm solutions, refine processes, and provide knowledge support.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment and efficiency across teams.
Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution:
- Conduct rigorous QA for project tasks, identifying and resolving issues related to processes, errors, or system functionality.
- Minimize disruptions to marketing activities by proactively addressing challenges and ensuring system reliability.
Lead Management & Data Flow Monitoring:
- Oversee core lead management and data flow automations to ensure the consistent delivery of qualified leads.
- Maintain and optimize processes to support seamless lead generation and nurturing.
Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide comprehensive training to marketing automation team members on new and improved Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionalities.
- Empower teams with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize platform utilization and drive marketing success.
About you
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
- Experience with managing Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation Tools (like Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, Watson, or Marketo) in a B2B environment required.
Preferred:
- Experience running demand generation campaigns. Salesforce CRM experience. Experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services industry a plus.
