About the Role

The Marketing Specialist Creative Services plays a key role in supporting FFUN Groups marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing creative that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Dealership Marketing teams with creative concepts and executions.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party agencies on thematic development and assets.
  • Develop visuals, copy, scripts, and ads for multi-channel campaigns.



What You Bring

  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Proficiency with creative tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Cloud, Canva, Digital & Traditional Ad formats, Email).
  • Post-secondary education in Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, support Creative Specialist role, and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Creative Specialist (Graphic Designer) to join our in-house team. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive design professional who excels in both digital and print marketing —from video shoots and photo editing to brochure design and social content creation —and is also comfortable handling organized admin work in support of trade shows and marketing operations.

You will be a key contributor to how Radian Robotics presents itself to the world, helping us elevate our brand through polished visuals and compelling content.


Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content Production

  • Create high-quality print and digital ad designs, including brochures, flyers, magazine ads, social media graphics, and trade show visuals.

  • Retouch and enhance product and shop floor photography for use in marketing and sales collateral.

  • Design LinkedIn and YouTube social media assets aligned with brand voice and business goals.

  • Organize and manage design files, templates, and marketing materials.

Video & Photography Support

  • Coordinate and support on-site video and photo shoots —including lighting, framing, and capturing.

  • Edit video footage into engaging short-form content for web and social channels (YouTube, LinkedIn).

  • Maintain a growing internal photo/video asset library.

Marketing Admin & Trade Show Support

  • Support trade show logistics: coordinating brochures, promotional items, and vendor orders.

  • Liaise with show organizers and suppliers on booth setup details (furniture, electrical, shipping).

  • Assist with payment documentation and vendor coordination (in collaboration with accounting and marketing manager).

  • Maintain print-ready artwork files and specs for various print vendors.


Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing design or multimedia production.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design , video editing , and photography skills .

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple design projects from concept to execution.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage administrative details efficiently.

  • Ability to work on-site in Hamilton and travel locally for video/photo shoots as needed.

  • Access to a vehicle with a valid driver’s license.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or robotics sectors.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.

About the Role:

This is not your average admin role. It’s a high-impact position that keeps our Executive Team running smoothly while amplifying our brand voice internally and externally. You’ll streamline calendars, unblock workflows, and serve as a key connector across teams, all while contributing to brand content that reflects who we are as a company.

You’ll get hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a live operations company—executive ops, recruiting, brand, and culture—with mentorship from senior leaders and room to grow into marketing, operations, or strategy.

Responsibilities:

Executive Partnership

  • Coordinate complex calendars, travel logistics, and meeting materials for our Executive Team
  • Compile briefing decks and concise summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage select personal projects and concierge-style tasks for CEO to free up bandwidth
  • Act as gatekeeper for follow-ups and confidential information, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively
  • Anticipate needs and surface potential bottlenecks before they become problems

Brand Marketing & Content

  • Maintain and execute the content calendar: draft, schedule, and publish posts across social media properties
  • Collaborate with design partners to brief on visuals and ensure brand consistency
  • Track engagement metrics, prepare weekly highlights, and recommend optimizations

Special Projects & Media Management

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, including marketing asset production, brand campaigns, and liveops initiatives
  • Assist with data organization, basic reporting, and AI-powered research to support content development and strategy
  • Support light production workflows such as uploading assets, coordinating edits, formatting video content, and preparing digital media for distribution

Office & Recruiting Operations

  • Keep our Toronto HQ guest-ready: welcome visitors, liaise with building management, maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events and team socials from concept through on-site support
  • Partner with People & Culture on interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics

Requirements

You Have:

  • A demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
  • Sharp problem-solving instincts—you anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and find creative solutions before others even notice there’s an issue
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a clear sense of tone, audience, and brand
  • In-office availability (5 days/week) and a hands-on mindset that thrives in real-time collaboration and fast-paced execution
  • A willingness to occasionally support personal errands or off-site coordination outside regular working hours
  • A growth mindset and the ambition to learn across functions
  • Meticulous organizational skills and a love of building structure where there isn’t any
