The Grizzly Paw Brewing Company is looking for a fun and creative individual to join our Marketing Team as our Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (A.K.A Meme Mogul) . The Social Media Coordinator (A.K.A Captain of Clout) will be responsible for developing and executing social media content and strategy for all locations, while reporting to, and collaborating with, the Brand & Marketing Manager (your boss with the sauce). You’ll have the pleasure of monitoring our social media presence, engaging with followers, interacting with the rest of the team for content, and managing performance reports for all platforms in order to reach our engagement goals.
Ok, let’s talk about responsibility! If you think you’re the right person for the job, then here’s what you’re going to be expected to pull off to helm the title of Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (A.K.A assistant to the Brand & Marketing Manager) :
- Manage the development of a social media posting schedule and strategy
- Assist with the development, execution, and evaluation of all marketing initiatives and projects (we like to bounce ideas off each other here)
- Creatively capture high-quality images/video of products, company culture, & events
- Manage and organize project files and assets to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to resources
- Review Meta Business Suite insights weekly
- Consistently engage with fans & followers to develop brand loyalty
- Publish engaging content that keeps the world in the loop of what we’re up to
- Keep up with the latest and emerging trends in social media & marketing (doesn’t mean you’re getting paid to scroll Reels for hours, stop asking)
- Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with all supporting departments (this is an easy one. we’re a good gang of jokers and cool cats over here)
- Maintain proper audit track records, follow company policies, procedures & health/safety guidelines
- Consider the environmental impact in all decisions (we like earth)
- Other duties and projects as assigned (a vague way of stating you may or may not need to wear the bear costume)

**Primary Responsibilities:**
- **Project Data Management** - Maintain and regularly update the firm’s internal project databases, collect historical project data, ensuring accurate records of project details, project assets, and current project status.
- **Asset Coordination** - Manage the collection and organization of marketing assets including project photography. Ensure all assets are easy to retrieve and properly tagged for marketing and proposal use.
- **Proposal & RFP Support (as needed)** - Support the preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, and client presentations.
- **Marketing Reports** – Assist in preparing marketing performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from social channels and the company website.
- **Bid Site Monitoring (as needed)** – work with the BD team to monitor bid sites.
- **Content & Communications Support (as needed)** - Assist with drafting collateral such as staff bios, award submission writeups, and speaker submissions for conferences. Support content for social media, website, or newsletters as required.

- You report directly to Director of Marketing and Business Development.
- You work closely with the Marketing and Business Development Teams.
**What you bring to the table:**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent related experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with InDesign, Canva, or database platforms is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

The must-have skills and qualifications that were looking for are:
A degree or diploma in Business with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Project Management or related fields.
Ability to work independently, and in teams to accomplish goals and tasks effectively.
Ability to delegate tasks to team members and manage projects through to completion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including great attention to detail.
Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills.
