Role Summary
As the Marketing Lead, you will be the sole architect of emergiTEL’s marketing engine. This is a high-impact, full-spectrum role ideal for a hands-on, creative, and analytically-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You’ll lead all aspects of digital marketing, content strategy, employer branding, campaign management, and marketing automation—including owning our marketing tools like trakwork and enhancing our digital presence (especially on LinkedIn).
You will collaborate closely with the CEO and Sales leaders to ensure marketing efforts align with our business objectives and contribute directly to pipeline growth, brand visibility, and candidate/client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Branding
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with emergiTEL’s growth goals in Canada, US, and UAE.
Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent and clients through compelling storytelling.
Craft positioning and messaging frameworks for emergiTEL’s various business lines including Staffing, EOR, and Trakwork automation.
2. Content Creation & Campaigns
Plan, write, and publish high-impact LinkedIn content, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and case studies that highlight industry insights, recruitment best practices, and success stories.
Develop targeted marketing campaigns to support sales, recruitment drives, and new market entries.
Coordinate visual content and creative assets with design contractors or platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma).
3. Digital Marketing & Automation
Own and operate trakwork and other martech tools to automate marketing tasks (email drips, nurturing flows, job marketing).
Optimize website and landing pages for SEO, conversions, and lead generation.
Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, leads, bounce rate, etc.) to continuously improve effectiveness.
4. Sales & Business Development Support
Create customized marketing assets to support sales proposals, RFPs, client pitches, and industry presentations.
Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to deliver industry-specific insights and campaigns for verticals like IT, Telecom, Healthcare, and GRC.
5. Social Media & Events
Manage and grow emergiTEL’s social media presence with a special focus on LinkedIn.
Promote emergiTEL’s thought leadership through speaker events, webinars, client panels, and DEI-related conferences.
Monitor competitor and industry activity to ensure emergiTEL stays ahead in visibility and positioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B, recruitment, or tech/service sectors).
Proven experience in content creation, campaign management, and brand storytelling.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (ideally trakwork, HubSpot, or equivalent).
Strong command of LinkedIn content strategy, including personal and company page branding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to make marketing decisions.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable being a one-person marketing team.
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) and familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience working in the staffing/recruitment industry.
Exposure to international markets and employer branding.
Understanding of DEI marketing and inclusive messaging.

+ Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that track key marketing KPIs. Ensure that stakeholders have access to timely and accurate data to inform their decisions.
+ Design experiments to test hypotheses and analysis to measure business impact

+ Translate insights into a cohesive narrative and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders

**Experience:**
+ Degree (or related work experience) with a focus in analytics, statistics, economics, marketing, or other quantitative fields
+ 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within marketing, business intelligence, or a related field.
+ Proficiency in SQL - able to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets
+ Experience with A/B testing is preferred
+ Experience in Marketing Models like Multi-Media Modeling / Attribution Modeling is a plus

Whether as a Manager of Operations or even Manager of Finance of a $5M to $0M enterprise, you must have worked very closely with the C-Suite and other executive leaders on initiatives that have driven growth for that company.Purpose The Marketing Engagement Lead (MEL) is the senior point of contact for client accounts at Crisp. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution, high-quality delivery, and consistent results across mid- to large-tier clients. Acting as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on leader, the MEL connects client goals with the right team, resources, and processes—bringing clarity, momentum, and accountability to every engagement.
While not positioned as a CMO, the MEL provides senior-level oversight and strategic guidance, serving as a trusted partner who ensures alignment, operational efficiency, and measurable impact across all marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Lead client engagements with a focus on strategic clarity, execution quality, and marketing impact.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with client leadership.

- Monitor account performance against goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Contribute to resource planning and forecasting for your client portfolio.
- Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. MBA a strong asset.
- 8–10 years of marketing or agency experience, including senior-level client-facing roles.
- Strong experience working directly with entrepreneurs and executive teams of mid-sized businesses ($5M– 50M in annual revenue).
- Proven ability to turn business strategy into clear marketing direction and manage cross-functional delivery.
- Skilled at building trust with clients and guiding internal teams toward strong results.
- Operationally minded with a sharp eye for balancing quality, efficiency, and delivery capacity.
- Experience with agency tools like ClickUp, Productive, Slack, and Pipedrive is preferred.
