We are looking to hire a results-driven Digital Demand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to influence our digital demand generation strategy and drive pipeline growth across multiple channels.

Working under the leadership of the Director of Marketing, the Digital Demand Marketing Manager will play a critical role in owning and optimizing our digital demand generation strategies to attract high-quality leads, nurture them through the funnel, and analyze pipeline and campaign effectiveness to drive measurable business impact. Working within the Marketing department, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing Systems, Sales, Client Marketing and Events to deliver high-performing campaigns. Our Marketing team are the passionate product advocates who help our growing network of users understand what’s possible with LEAP on their side.

As custodians of the LEAP brand, the Marketing Team is responsible for building awareness, recognition and adoption of our products across the legal profession, turning LEAP into a brand that lawyers know and love.

From executing marketing campaigns that reach hearts and minds, to developing a consistent, concise and always compelling brand, you’ll play an active role in guiding the lead growth trajectory of our business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategy Development

  • Act as a key collaborator on the marketing demand generation strategy across digital channels (paid and earned media platforms) to achieve lead generation and pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Systems and Sales to target specific buyer personas (ICPs) based on business objectives.
  • Theoretical and hands-on budget management for all paid campaigns.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, implement, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (including paid search, social, display, and prospect email marketing.
  • Own the performance of lead generation channels including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, and highly-targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content marketing participants to produce compelling assets including landing pages and banners.
  • Strategize journey workflows and influence improvements as needed.

Lead Nurturing & Conversation Optimization

  • Collaborate with Marketing Systems to implement and optimize automated marketing workflows and nurture campaigns using tools like Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
  • Drive conversion rate improvements across key touch points including paid campaigns and associated landing pages.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Systems on paid campaigns and associated email flows using Pardot to track engagement and conversions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • In tandem with paid campaign tools, apply strong ownership of Salesforce and Pardot to analyze daily lead activity and campaign performance data against pipeline and goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving ROI and driving efficiencies across paid marketing programs.
  • Report daily on paid performance metrics including Form Fillers, MQLs, SQLs, attribution, and cost-per-lead (CPL) to key stakeholders.
  • Application of Confluence process documentation.
  • Monitor lead quality from paid campaigns in partnership with Marketing Systems and address unactioned leads and pipeline bottlenecks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Proven track record of 7+ years in digital demand generation or growth marketing in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing marketing spend across platforms and subscriptions.
  • Full understanding of paid marketing platforms and how martech tools play a role in lead generation.

Nice-to-have Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot and Marketing Cloud.
  • Reddit performance marketing.
  • Ability to craft or optimize the copywriting materials in your campaigns.

Skills

  • Hands-on expertise with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google and Bing campaign dashboards) to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, audience targeting, and remarketing.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to use Pardot and Marketing Cloud to create sales and client communication emails.

What You’ll Do 

Lead Integrated Campaign Execution 

  • Lead the development and launch of integrated campaigns across email, social, media partnerships, influencers , and B2B/B2C channels
  • Identify, negotiate and nurture strategic relationships with key media outlets and influencers to amplify campaign reach, secure value-added coverage, and drive measurable engagement. 
  • Map campaigns to the customer journey - ensuring personalized, consistent messaging from awareness to conversion. 
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance segmentation, optimize send times, personalize content, and predict conversion likelihood. 

Drive Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing 

  • Build high-impact, automated email campaigns with behavioural triggers, segmentation, and scoring.

  • Use light HTML and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop) to tweak email templates.

  • Apply AI and predictive analytics to forecast campaign performance, detect anomalies, and reduce churn risk.

Manage Influencer & Media Partner Collaborations 

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with influencers and media partners aligned with campaign objectives.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

In this position as the Marketing Manager for our Hematology / Oncology Business Unit, you will develop and implement strategic business and marketing plans for the Oncology product portfolio in collaboration with cross-functional partners and the Business Unit Director.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the cross-functional therapeutic area team to support implementation of Canadian brand strategy for all products in the Oncology portfolio in collaboration with the Business Unit Director.

· Support the development of cross-functional tactical plans and ensure execution of marketing tactics by initiating and leading projects to support products at various stages of their life cycle, including launch.

· Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and oversee the development of digital marketing campaigns including on-line advertising and email marketing.

· Establish and execute short and long-term business goals for products which align strategically with partner manufacturers’ visions.

· Generate and consolidate key insights across stakeholders through advisory boards, consultancy meetings, market research, etc.

· Engage with key HCPs for oncology to understand academic and community challenges and opportunities and develop advocates.

· Support the sales team with training on brand strategy, product messaging and materials.

· Manage agency partners to ensure on budget and timely deliverables.

· Collaborate with Medison’s medical and regulatory review committee to ensure compliance with all company SOPs including those related to the approval of materials for external use with customers.

· Responsible for reporting adverse events to the third-party PV service provider in a timely manner.

· Flexible to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

· Passion for improving patient outcomes and making a difference in oncology care.

· Be willing and able to travel (nationally and internationally); Travel could be up to 25% of time.

· Attend local, regional, and national meetings as required.

· Evening and weekend work will be occasionally required.
