Specialist, Recruitment Marketing & Design
Overview
We're looking for a Recruitment Marketing & Design Specialist to help bring our employer brand to life across digital channels. This role is for a creative, data-savvy marketer who can design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and inspire top talent around the world.
From compelling social media content to eye-catching paid campaigns, and from personalized email journeys to impactful graphics, you'll shape how candidates experience our brand and job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, focused on storytelling that connects our culture, purpose, and EVP with top-tier talent globally.
- Own the recruitment marketing content calendar and manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing via Hootsuite.
- Collaborate with the employer branding team to ideate and recommend Instagram content that reflects our EVP and talent priorities.
Email Campaigns & CRM
- Design, write, and deploy targeted email campaigns that nurture talent communities and drive applications.
- Build automation journeys and track campaign performance, optimizing for engagement.
Paid Advertising
- Design and implement paid recruitment marketing strategies tailored to specific business and hiring requests.
- Lead the partnership with our recruitment marketing agency, including weekly check-ins, campaign troubleshooting, and strategic alignment.
- Monitor ad performance across platforms; optimize campaigns in real time and provide regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
Creative Design
- Develop graphics, short-form videos, and multimedia assets for job postings, campaigns, and employer brand initiatives.
- Design marketing materials such as job posting graphics, recruitment flyers, career fair displays, and digital assets
- Maintain consistent employer brand voice and visual identity across all recruitment touchpoints
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, or related field.
- Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience managing paid campaigns across social and digital platforms is a plus.
- Hands-on skills with creative tools (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and audience segmentation.
- A detail-oriented multitasker with strong project management skills and a proactive mindset.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach - excited to test, learn, and continuously optimize.

Role Overview
The Marketing & Graphics Design Specialist plays a key role in executing creative and digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This is a versatile role that blends graphic design, content creation, e-commerce support, and brand consistency to ensure all customer-facing touchpoints reflect our identity and goals.
You’ll create high-quality digital assets for ads, websites, social media, and trade shows. You'll also support content strategy, help implement SEO tasks, and contribute to e-commerce and email campaigns. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and strong collaboration with the broader marketing and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Brand Execution
- Design digital assets for paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create visuals for social media, email campaigns, product listings, and trade shows
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels
- Provide creative input across digital marketing projects, including visual and UI feedback on websites and internal tools
Content & Campaign Development
- Write and visually design blog posts, social content, and marketing emails
- Plan and schedule content for social media calendars
- Support on-page SEO through content updates and metadata optimization
- Assist with contact data collection and audience segmentation
- Help manage email lists, opt-outs, and campaign performance tracking
E-commerce & Web Updates
- Maintain and update Amazon and other e-commerce listings (titles, bullets, imagery)
- Advise on website updates and support SEO-related improvements
- Test and provide feedback on new website features and marketing tools
Marketing Operations & Collaboration
- Manage and organize a library of design assets for cross-team use

You are a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or digital content creation
- Hold a degree or diploma in marketing, communications, design, or a related field

- Create content that is both visually engaging and strategically written for digital platforms
- Are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and take ownership of deliverables from start to finish
- Are able to travel for trade shows or events (approximately 4–6 per year, mostly in the U.S., totaling 15–20 working days annually)
- Bring a working knowledge of SEO fundamentals to help optimize content performance
