About the Role

The Coordinator Dealership Marketing plays a key role in supporting FFUN Groups marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing activities that align with business goals and deliver results. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campaign development between client, creative, and operations teams.
  • Support development of store-level marketing plans and briefing documents.
  • Monitor campaign results and collaborate with operations to optimize based on success criteria.
  • Support planning & submission of co-op funds, ensuring all submissions are made and reimbursement processes is completed.

Qualifications

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Specialist - Team Lead, Dealership Marketing to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that support dealership growth and brand visibility.   • Manage or coordinate marketing projects: menu roll-out, media campaign (traditional and digital), third party aggregators, retail marketing, internal communication.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating the phases of a strategic campaign of digital media plans (Web and social media)

  • Participate in creating content for social media.

  • Ensure the production of various communication tools.

  • Manage the production of newsletters and digital assets.

  • Marketing related printing / shipping coordination

  • Monitor the performance of marketing activities, document the actions taken and suggest improvements.

  • Track budgets and deadlines

  • Assist in creating a customer database for different restaurant brands.


Experience & Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of two years of experience related to the position.

  • Must be detailed-oriented and accurate.

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and must be able to prioritize multiple projects/requests simultaneously.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Initiative, creativity, and versatility

  • Analytical, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be bilingual (spoken and written) in English and French

  • Worked in, or for, a restaurant company is an asset but not required.

  • Worked in marketing, PR or related field is an asset but not required.

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Marketing Supervisor, the marketing coordinator is responsible for implementing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; and preparing reports.

HERE ARE WHAT YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE IF YOU JOINED THE TEAM :
  • Support department's initiatives such as: events and shows coordination, email marketing campaigns, social media content, marketing collateral, and copy creation.
  • Assist with marketing program execution such as collateral development, products, general brochures, and corporate presentations in line with the company's corporate identities.
  • Coordinate the logistics for marketing events, in-person, and virtual trade shows
  • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, and monthly newsletter.
  • Assist with developing and creating content for social media such as LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Assist in creating the content for offline and online digital ads and communicate with an outsourced graphic designer to create the final ad when required.
  • Coordinate the shooting of marketing videos (from the shooting of the video to supervising the editing and uploading the videos on different platforms)
  • Updating the company's digital profiles on different platforms such as PMMI Leaders in Packaging, ProSource, etc.
  • Update and maintain the marketing materials including images, videos, and all other content in the marketing folder and on marketing racks
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports bellatrx.com
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
COULD YOU BE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE? HERE'S A GLIMPSE OF WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and any marketing automation programs.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Graphic Design, SEO, or Paid Ads (an asset).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • A self-starter who moves projects forward, prioritizes tasks and meets strict deadlines.
  • Must have a high level of creativity
  • Able to travel

  • Aider l'excution des programmes de marketing tels que le dveloppement collatral, les produits, les brochures gnrales, et les prsentations d'entreprise en accord avec l'identit de l'entreprise.
  • Coordonner la logistique des vnements marketing, des salons professionnels en personne et virtuels.
  • Coordonner les campagnes de marketing par courriel sur les produits, les vnements ou le contenu, ainsi que le bulletin d'information mensuel.
  • Aider dvelopper et crer du contenu pour les mdias sociaux tels que LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
    Aider crer le contenu des publicits numriques hors ligne et en ligne, et communiquer avec le graphiste externe pour crer la publicit finale, au besoin.
  • Coordonner le tournage des vidos de marketing (du tournage de la vido la supervision du montage et au tlchargement des vidos sur diffrentes plateformes).
  • Mettre jour les profils numriques de l'entreprise sur diffrentes plateformes telles que PMMI Leaders in Packaging, ProSource, etc.
  • Mettre jour et maintenir le matriel de marketing, y compris les images, les vidos et tout autre contenu dans le dossier de marketing et sur les tagres de marketing.
  • valuer et surveiller en permanence les performances des campagnes en analysant les principaux paramtres et en crant des rapports complets.
