We're building a new model in our North America region and we need your eye for design to help bring it to life.
As part of a newly formed Campaign Hub within North America's Performance Marketing (Demand Gen) team, you'll play a key role in shaping how Sage shows up visually across our B2B marketing campaigns for North America. This role isn't about starting from scratch every time - it's about taking great global creative and adapting it for a North American audience, ensuring every asset speaks clearly, consistently, and impactfully.
You'll partner with performance marketing campaign managers and copywriters to make sure your designs not only look good but also perform well.
Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Toronto office.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in graphic design with examples of creating B2B marketing campaign assets such as:
eBooks, whitepapers, webinar visuals, emails, direct mail, landing pages, infographics, and web banners.
- You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tool.
- You can confidently navigate ambiguity and bring structure to a brief.
- You have a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of visual hierarchy.
- You're known for effective communication and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- You can share a portfolio that showcases relevant graphic design work for B2B marketing campaigns

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$5,000 to C 95,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (15%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.

About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, gaining hands-on experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and PPC. Your creativity and attention to detail will help create engaging content that resonates with our audience. You’ll also have the opportunity to analyze campaign metrics and provide valuable insights to improve our strategies. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be organized, proactive, and familiar with digital marketing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager and assist in day-to-day activities and projects.
- Support the Digital Marketing Specialists in their various campaigns and initiatives and provide vacation coverage.
- Help manage the All Makes Collision Centre, Driverz Auto, and Cavalcade Auto websites and social media accounts. This includes creating and scheduling social media content, monitoring engagement, website maintenance and analyzing metrics to measure success.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including tracking KPIs such as website traffic, Google ad clicks, conversion rates etc.
- Conduct keyword research through Google and SEMRush to optimize website content for search engines including writing weekly blog posts.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing events and promotions.
- Participating in regular weekly, or as required, conference calls with the Digital Marketing department.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferable in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, website maintenance (preferably with WordPress), and PPC advertising.
- Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital video and editing skills would be considered an asset.
