Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess individual needs and preferences.
- Perform various types of massage therapies, including Thai, , deep tissue, and therapeutic techniques, and so on.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.
- Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to provide comprehensive care.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist. Both RMT and non-registered massage therapists welcomed.
- Strong knowledge of o anatomy, physiology, and common conditions treated through massage therapy.
- Ability to adapt massage techniques based on client preferences and physical conditions
- Be able to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Fluency in English or French is not required—but must provide excellent massages with adequate pressure.
- A customer service-oriented approach to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred but not required.
Candidate Work Status and Training:
- Working Holiday Visa Applicants in Montreal with massage experience are welcomed
- Company can provide some training for candidates to learn Thai massage, provided they have worked as a spa or massage experience
Hours of Work and Compensation:
- Full-Time; and Part-Time Contract Positions
- Competitive remuneration
- Registered Massage Therapists pay $50 to $5 per hour
- Non-Registered Massage Therapists pay 35 to 40 per hour
- Gratuities 100% yours

- Studio Hours: 7 days a week 9 am - 9 pm

Expérience:
- Expérience avérée en tant que massothérapeute. Les massothérapeutes RMT et non enregistrés sont les bienvenus.
- Solide connaissance de l'anatomie, de la physiologie et des affections courantes traitées par massothérapie.
- Capacité à adapter les techniques de massage en fonction des préférences du client et de ses conditions physiques
- Être capable d'interagir efficacement avec les clients et de comprendre leurs besoins.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais ou du français n'est pas requise, mais doit fournir d'excellents massages avec une pression adéquate.
- Une approche orientée service client pour assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients.
- Une expérience préalable dans un spa ou un centre de bien-être est préférable mais pas obligatoire.
Statut professionnel et formation du candidat :
- Les demandeurs de visa vacances-travail à Montréal avec une expérience en massage sont les bienvenus
- L'entreprise peut proposer une formation aux candidats pour apprendre le massage thaïlandais, à condition qu'ils aient travaillé comme expérience de spa ou de massage.
Heures de travail et rémunération :
- À temps plein; et postes contractuels à temps partiel
- Rémunération compétitive
- Les massothérapeutes enregistrés paient entre 50 $ et 55 $ de l'heure.
- Les massothérapeutes non enregistrés paient en re 35 et 40 de l'heure.
