Role and Responsibilities

What you would do:

- Understanding of the Truth and Reconciliation Commissions (TRC) Calls to Action related to healthcare and their application in daily practice.
- Knowledge and commitment to harm reduction principles and inclusive approaches to supporting individuals with complex health and social needs.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems (e.g., MedAccess) and video conferencing platforms (e.g., WebEx).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, privacy legislation, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
