We’re searching for a Sales Engineer who is local to one of our offices (Chicago, IL; Carmel, IN; Charleston, SC; Toronto, ON) to join our Sales team, so that we can help support the sales of our broad suite of products and solutions. The Sales Engineer will provide deep technical expertise and product knowledge in collaboration with our sales leaders to support the successful sale of our products.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Provide technical expertise and deep product knowledge to support pre-sales activities, including addressing technical questions, concerns, and objections raised by potential customers during the sales process
Maintain and update the sales demo environment(s) and ensure demo stories are updated to highlight new features/functions and address industry challenges and trends.
Create custom configurations in the software to align with demo scripts provided by prospects as part of the bidding process.
Utilize strong presentation skills to speak with clients about our solutions while working collaboratively with our sales leaders to showcase solution value
Assist in the development of technical proposals, technical questionnaires, and RFP response
Participate in cross-functional collaboration through knowledge shares, including communicating with the product management team about enhancements to better meet customer needs

Previous experience working as a Sales Engineer with a healthcare technology company
Proven success working with and navigating back-end databases (SQL)

Ability to commute to a local office Chicago, IL; Carmel, IN; Charleston, SC; Toronto, ON) approximately 50% of the month

General
- Support and maintain a process that ensures all requirements from Health Canada and FDA are met
- Maintain all documentation and necessary records for Drugs, MDs, CTOs and NHPs activity
Quality Assurance
- As approved AQPIC, perform all the duties related to narcotics activity onsite (e.g. product receiving, inspection, distribution, monthly reporting etc.)
- Maintain the Quality Management Systems (QMS) for drugs, MDs, CTOs , and HCTPs
- Write new SOPs. Review and update of SOPs and standard forms.
- Documentation review and drug inspection for batch release, including narcotics
- Full process for Quality Product Complaints for drugs, MDs, CTOs, and NHPs
- Review and documentation of all returned products
- Review and documentation of starting materials, and emergency kits
- Review of imported NHP finished products
- Participate in Health Canada GMP inspection

Your Next Success Starts Here If you’re an ambitious, results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with 5+ years of experience, and you know how to build meaningful relationships with family physicians, community specialists, and pharmacists, this could be your next career milestone. As a Community Sales Unit, Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving the growth of both our established brands and new product launches. Your focus will be on Halifax, Moncton, and surrounding key communities, strategically prioritizing your time where you can deliver the greatest impact. We’re looking for someone who: * Has a proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, calling on physicians and pharmacies in community settings. * Excels at building strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and is viewed as a trusted partner. * Brings existing relationships with targeted physicians and pharmacists in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. * Is highly organized, self-directed, and thrives in an environment that values autonomy and accountability. * Is comfortable with territory management, strategic planning, and executing against business objectives. * Holds a valid driver’s license and has access to a reliable vehicle * This is a home-based position, with Halifax and surrounding areas as your base of operations, reporting to the Eastern Regional Manager.
