Your role, your impact
As a Microsoft D365 Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overall project financials, including budget and accounts receivable, project planning/estimation, resource planning, project delivery and implementation, as well as for fiscal project budget, resource utilization, and profitability. You'll oversee the communication of the project direction and status to the client, the management of client expectations, and the fostering of successful client relationships.

In this role, you'll manage all project resources including mentoring, billing utilization, performance reviews, individual career development, conflict management/team dynamics, directing and motivating team members. In some instances, you may also need to assist the client with these types of activities.

Travel to client sites may be required up to 50% of the time.

Your day-to-day

  • Provide project management direction and advice to clients as well as team members to influence growth and success;
  • Manage the project's business analysis, implementation and software development life cycles in the Microsoft space;
  • Develop project plans and milestones;
  • Report status to internal and external management for SOX compliance;
  • Produce and present monthly project financials to the executive team;
  • Write proposals and participate in new business development efforts;
  • Write employee project performance reviews and participate in interviewing and analyzing skills of new and current employees;
  • Provide assistance and guidance to less experienced project managers.

Keys to your success

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and/or Master of Science (M.Sc.)/Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Business, MIS, or a related technical discipline (specialized training or 4 years of additional experience may substitute for an advanced degree);
  • Minimum of 5 consecutive years as a Project Manager, with preferably at least 2 of those years in ERP project management;
  • Ability to manage large complex projects and following SOX Compliance.

What you’ll be doing

Under the direction of the Director, IT and guidance from the IT Architect and Infrastructure Team Lead, lead the planning and prioritization of Microsoft 365 features rollouts across the organization, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals and operational priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administer and configure Microsoft 365 environments, including but not limited to Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power Platform.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365.
  • Monitor and optimize Microsoft 365 performance, ensuring reliability and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Develop and maintain a structured release cadence for Microsoft 365 features, categorized into Wave Releases, i.e. low-impact features with phased incremental rollouts, General Adoption Releases, i.e. org-wide deployments requiring training and adoption tracking, and high-impact releases managed as structured projects with partner engagement.
  • Under the guidance of the IT Architect and Infrastructure Team Lead and working in collaboration with IT teams, coordinate the end-to-end release process, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of Microsoft 365 updates, minimizing disruption to business operations. This includes facilitating workshops and meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment on release plan.
  • Follow the guidance of the Communications team, draft and distribute release notes and other communication materials to inform users of new features, changes, and benefits.
  • In collaboration with the change management team, develop and implement strategies to drive user awareness and adoption of new Microsoft 365 features. Monitor and track the success of releases, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Create self-service materials such as quick videos, FAQs, and user guides to support Wave Releases.
  • In collaboration with the appropriate enabling teams, organize kick-off sessions, demos, and training programs for General Adoption Releases.
  • For Business Process Impacting Changes, engage relevant internal partners through workshops, executive sponsorship, and tailored roadmaps.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing learning related to Indigenous cultural safety and humility and supporting organizational actions towards addressing indigenous-specific racism in BC’s health care system.

Your education & skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay range: $ 65, 000- $ 97, 000, depending on experience and skill set

Nous cherchons notre futur Spécialiste Microsoft - TEAMS Rooms pour rejoindre nos équipes.

? Vos missions

Rôle :

  • Agit comme conseiller expert et comme référence lors de réalisation, implantation ou support de solutions relatives à la plateforme de collaboration Microsoft TEAMS Rooms au sein de l’équipe des services audiovisuels.
  • Réaliser les activités d’implantation de l’infrastructure technologique pour l’exploitation et l’opération conformément au design de l’architecture technologique et audiovisuelle, en plus de collaborer à la rédaction ou de rédiger les différents livrables en lien avec les besoins exprimés.

Activités :

  • Assurer le maintien quotidien des environnements TEAMS Rooms en place chez le client;
  • Répondre aux besoins ad hoc du personnel technique en matière d’installation et de configuration de TEAMS Rooms;
  • Réaliser toute la documentation pertinente, propre à son domaine d’expertise, selon les normes et standards du client;
  • Participer à la validation de certains livrables en matière technologique associés à la plateforme TEAMS Rooms;
  • Participer au support applicatif, en particulier pour la plateforme TEAMS Rooms et ses logiciels associés;
  • Participer à l’implantation de nouvelles solutions de collaboration basées sur TEAMS Rooms;
  • Participer aux rencontres de suivi d’équipes, suivi de projets ou de réalisation et faire part des niveaux d'avancement, des solutions et/ou de problèmes pouvant compromettre les échéanciers ou la réalisation du projet;
  • Assurer le respect des échéanciers des mandats à sa charge;
  • Soutenir les équipes d’opérations et de projets dans le cadre de la préparation et la coordination des plans de travail pour l'exécution des travaux requis.

? Votre profil

  • Posséder un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en informatique ou son équivalent.
  • Posséder cinq (5) ans d’expérience en technologie de l'information.
  • Posséder trois (3) ans d’expérience en audiovisuel, et ce, au sein d’une organisation ayant au moins une dizaine de points de service.
  • Posséder la certification de spécialiste Microsoft TEAMS Rooms ou démontrer que le client a réalisé au moins deux (2) mandats de déploiement (réalisation) ou de soutien associé à la mise en place et/ou l’évolution de solutions TEAMS Rooms. Les mandats présentés devront minimalement être d’une durée d’au moins une année.
  • Posséder deux (2) années d'expérience en déploiement d’infrastructure TEAMS Rooms.
  • Posséder deux (2) années d'expérience en support technique du produit Microsoft TEAMS.
