Nous recherchons un Administrateur Systèmes IT pour assurer la disponibilité maximale de l'infrastructure informatique d'une entreprise proposant des services numériques de pointe. Vous contribuerez à la stabilité opérationnelle, au support technique et à la continuité de l'environnement technologique utilisé par une centaine d'utilisateurs internes et de nombreux collaborateurs externes.
- Vos responsabilités
Assurer la disponibilité et la performance de l'infrastructure et des applications.
Garantir un haut niveau de sécurité au sein des systèmes informatiques.
Participer à la définition des orientations technologiques de l'entreprise.
Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des tableaux de bord de performance.
- Vos tâches quotidiennes
Administrer l'ensemble de l'environnement informatique : serveurs, stockage, téléphonie, mobiles, pare-feu, antivirus, imprimantes, systèmes d'accès, etc.
Installer, mettre à jour et faire évoluer le matériel et les logiciels.
Appliquer les procédures de gestion des changements.
Mettre en œuvre les politiques de sécurité réseau (LAN, WAN, VPN).
Gérer les sauvegardes et assurer la continuité de service.
Tenir à jour les inventaires informatiques et les contrats de maintenance.
Fournir un support technique senior selon les besoins.
Documenter les procédures et tenir à jour la documentation technique.
Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et les achats informatiques.
Participer à la rotation d'astreinte pour le support en dehors des heures de bureau.

- Profil requis
Excellente maîtrise des environnements Windows 10/11, serveurs 2016 à 2022, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, WSUS, DFS.
Très bonne connaissance de VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi, Replication), VMware Horizon.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Exchange Server, Veeam, PRTG, SAN, SonicWall (VPN et pare-feu), Cisco (commutateurs).
Atouts : Certifications VMWare, SonicWall, Microsoft (MCP, MCSA, MCSE), Cisco (CCNA), connaissance d'Acronis, SentinelOne, Kantech, téléphonie Avaya, Azure, Office 365.
Diplôme d'études collégiales en gestion de réseau ou équivalent.

As a senior system administrator your primary responsibility is the support and delivery of technical solutions to our managed services client base. The responsibilities include technology detail architecture / design align with BRP architecture team and the integration of project work. This position requires collaboration, teamwork, and mentorship with other team members as we work together to identify, escalate, and resolve client issues. The ability to clearly and accurately record information on newly implemented client environments to maintain our knowledge base is a core requirement.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Design, install and configure servers according to industry best practices

Collaborate with architecture teams in developing IT solutions at the infrastructure level.

Manage Windows and Linux Servers, Active Directory Domain Services, VMware Servers, SAN storage and high availability systems.

Job Overview:

Spring Financial is seeking a talented and motivated System Administrator to join our dynamic IT department. As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our systems. What Youll Be Doing:

• Manage and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware components.
• Perform regular system maintenance, software updates, and security patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.

What You Should Have

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
• Strong proficiency with Server and Desktop Windows, exposure to Linux an asset
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Good understanding of networking concepts and processes.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, as well as ability to work independently.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
