**We are looking for: Technical Sales Representative - Mineral Processing (Flotation)**

+ As a Mineral Processing Flotation Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and supporting customers in the mining and mineral processing industry.
+ As a member of the North American Mining Solutions Mineral Processing team, your primary focus will be on promoting and providing technical support for our flotation reagents and solutions in the Canada region.
+ You will collaborate closely with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver value-added solutions that optimize mineral recovery and processing efficiency
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ The candidate's primary objective is to provide technical support to grow and develop the Mineral Processing sales in the Canada region.
+ Actively participate in the construction and implementation of the sales account strategy.
+ Plan and execute laboratory test work and plant trials; obtain, analyses and complete reports in a timely manner
+ Present the technical results and provide technical support to the customer and establish a sustainable relationship with the customer by ensuring multi-level contacts.
+ Complete and execute plans for the exploitation of sales opportunities in coordination with the regional and global Mineral Processing sales team.
+ Provide technical advice and solutions to customers regarding product applications and performance
+ Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to address customer needs and resolve issues, while driving New Product Introduction commercialization.
+ Actively monitor and collect market intelligence to support the sales, business development, and marketing team in establishing the sales strategy in anticipation of market changes and/or evolutions
+ Establish and maintain excellent work relationships with the global and regional technical services support team
+ Apply and safeguard the application of Syensqo's, customers and all applicable safety rules and regulations in all circumstances
+ Communicate in a timely manner via visit report / monthly highlight / test and trial proposal or trial report
+ Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
+ Comply with all Syensqo policies such as code of conduct, anti-bribery, anti-trust, business travel expense guidelines, etc
**You will bring:**
+ Possess a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, metallurgy or chemistry
+ At least 5 years of relevant technical experience in the mineral processing domain
+ Experience executing **flotation** test work and plant trials is a must
+ Hands on lab skills to conduct lab testing are essential
+ Be a self-motivated individual with skills in critical thinking and problem solving
+ Demonstrate good technical and commercial sense with a high focus on value selling
+ Desire to build excellent customer relationships while promoting Syensqo products to the benefit of the client
+ Be a strong team player with a focus on delivering results on targets
+ Demonstrate a self starter and hunter personality
+ Be comfortable with working in a home office environment and remotely
+ Be willing to travel or be on **customer site at least 50% of his time**
+ Able to operate in a global and virtual organization.
+ Communicate well in written and spoken English.
