Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in all of our internal AI Applications and their capabilities.
• Apply prompt engineering and prompt engineering frameworks to optimize AI output for different business needs.
• Create marketing materials, including written copy, graphics, and presentations, to promote AI initiatives.

• Design Workflow Diagrams in Confluence, Draw.io, or Visio
• Track work progress, issues, and milestones in Jira, ensuring projects remain on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analyst experience. Knowledge of process management methodologies such as BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile etc.
• 2+ years of experience in AI-related roles, digital marketing, or project coordination.
• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and familiarity with prompt frameworks.
• Consulting Experience
• Proven ability to train individuals and teams in AI tools and workflows.
• Strong project management skills with hands-on Jira experience.
• Proficiency in recording and editing videos (basic to intermediate).

Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Personnel

Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product or service quality meets internal standards and customer expectations.

Identify, document, and track quality issues or defects.

Collaborate with production, development, or operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Maintain accurate QA documentation and reports.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, etc., if applicable).

Recommend improvements to existing QA processes and procedures.

Participate in audits and support internal/external assessments.

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Previous experience in a quality assurance role preferred.

This role ensures the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our business, including raw materials, products and operations. The ideal candidate has a science education background with laboratory process management experience and possesses a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Quality of Materials

• Testing of all raw materials using the organoleptic process
• Review worksheets to ensure accuracy of process and verification
• Familiar with working in a laboratory or compounding environment to evaluate, create, and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support the Supplier Management Program by reviewing and compiling relevant data
• Reporting and tracking of supplier non-conformance issues
• Facilitate the preparation of samples for third-party testing
• Manage all raw material documents including Certificate of Analysis, Allergen Statements, and Safety Data Sheets
• Prepare Certificate of Analysis for bulk orders
• Administrative tasks including scanning and filing of paperwork, retained samples, and other duties as required

• Maintain correct storage of materials and monitor product labeling integrity

Job: Quality Assurance Technician

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for conducting hands-on inspections and measurements of modular heating and cooling plants for large buildings. This role emphasizes detailed quality checks on equipment and materials arriving at the plant and on completed units before shipment. The technician will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and industry regulations. A significant focus will be placed on conducting inspections, measurements, and assisting in the development of more efficient and effective manufacturing processes.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of equipment and materials as they arrive at the shop, ensuring they meet submitted specifications.
• Conduct pre-shipment inspections on completed units to verify they align with Epsilon and client specifications
• Use precise measurement tools to verify the dimensions, tolerances, and quality of manufactured components.
• Ensure the calibration of in-house measuring and testing equipment is completed on schedule, to maintain accuracy.
• Assist in conducting quality tests alongside mechanical and electrical technicians; document findings and prepare reports of inspections and tests for internal review and client submission.
• Work closely with mechanical and electrical technologists to verify and finalize "as built" drawings. Assist the Director of Operation and the Plant Managers with day-to-day shop activities and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to help develop and conduct tests aimed at improving the manufacturing process
• Provide feedback based on test results and inspection data to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives by assisting in trials, experiments, and quality testing of new or modified manufacturing procedures; help evaluate the effectiveness of these tests in improving efficiency, product consistency, and production timelines
• Develop job specific shipping lists and documents for onsite contractors
• Participate in drafting job-specific instruction, operation, and maintenance manuals (IOMs).
• Ensure all relevant quality policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
