Be the client's **Go-To Person** and **Trusted Advisor**
+ Serve as a consultant in servicing all modules of ADP's HCM software solution, ADP WorkforceNow
+ Use breadth of expertise to support ADP's clients
+ Work to resolve issues and to identify and provide solutions through root cause analysis via the use of effective communication and analytical skills
Be a **Networker** and **Relationship Builder**
+ Build relationships with clients and leverage your deep understanding of ADP's products and services to provide solutions to issues and questions. Help build a client's understanding of our product's value, exceeding clients' expectations in all your interactions
+ Provide recommendations to ADP leadership around potential best practices, product and support processes enhancements, based on client input or experience
+ Continually upgrade knowledge and skill base through a wide variety of available resources to ensure familiarity on appropriate statutory laws, or legislative rulings that impact clients
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** _Requirements_
+ Minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment.
+ Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in post-secondary education and experience (Preferably in business and/or human resources management)
+ A strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry or as a payroll/HR practitioner with systems experience.
**Bonus points for these:** _Preferred Qualifications_
+ Up to 1 year of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience with software applications, software configuration and client systems preferred.
+ Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills, including sophisticated Human Capital Management areas (HR, Payroll, Time and Labour, etc.)
+ Basic understanding of payroll processing workflow from input to delivery of the payroll. Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification an asset.
+ Active listening skills and high impact oral and written communications skills to effectively receive, interpret and disseminate information in a manner that is clear and concise.
+ Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP.

En tant que gestionnaire principal(e) des relations clients bilingue - NAS, le ou la titulaire du poste a pour mandat de promouvoir les compétences d'ADP en tant que fournisseur mondial de solutions et de services en gestion du capital humain (GCH) et de faire connaître aux clients la réputation internationale d'ADP dans le secteur de la GCH. Cette personne assure un soutien aux clients importants et complexes d'ADP Canada. Volets stratégiques prioritaires : mise sur pied et gestion continue de relations solides et fructueuses avec les hauts dirigeants des entreprises clientes (direction des finances, des ressources humaines, p. ex.), alignement avec les directeurs généraux et les membres du comité de direction d'ADP au besoin, travaille en collaboration avec les équipes des Ventes, des Services et de l'Implantation d'ADP et avec toute autre équipe fonctionnelle lorsque c'est nécessaire pour obtenir de nouveaux clients et stimuler les ventes auprès des clients existants, conformément aux objectifs établis chaque année.
Chaque jour, vous répondrez aux demandes de renseignements, en utilisant des techniques de dépannage pour résoudre les problèmes et des techniques de service à la clientèle pour gérer les demandes sensibles concernant la paie. Accent mis sur les clients
- Assurer la gestion efficace de la relation client pour les clients complexes d'ADP au Canada, en Amérique du Nord et peut-être à l'échelle mondiale
- Cultiver une relation avec les clients en tant que conseiller de confiance dans le but de stimuler l'établissement de partenariats avec ADP

- Posséder de solides aptitudes pour les présentations, la gestion des réunions et la gestion des relations/de la prestation de services
- Avoir confiance dans sa capacité de remettre en question le statu quo et de présenter des arguments convaincants pour défendre le changement
- Diriger et promouvoir l'amélioration continue et exercer les activités avec souplesse
- Reconnaître les nuances culturelles/internationales qui peuvent avoir une incidence sur les relations avec les clients et la gouvernance des multinationales
- Comprendre en profondeur les concepts de la GCH et avoir la capacité de représenter un large éventail de disciplines et de plateformes de solutions d'ADP
- Avoir une compréhension approfondie de l'industrie et de la concurrence, et disposer d'un réseau d'experts externes
- Posséder des aptitudes exceptionnelles pour la communication orale et écrite - à l'intention d'auditoires externes et internes
- Faciliter et encourager la participation des clients aux événements d'ADP s'il y a lieu. Par exemple : conférences MOTM et ReThink, mises à l'essai de produits en version bêta, témoignages, etc.
- S'acquitter des principales responsabilités en ce qui concerne le chiffre d'affaires, la fidélisation et le potentiel de recommandation
Capacité à reconnaître et à saisir les occasions
- Mettre à profit des techniques et des compétences en matière de planification relative aux comptes importants afin d'appliquer une approche stratégique en ce qui concerne la pénétration de la clientèle et les prévisions relatives au chiffre d'affaires
- La réussite à ce poste se mesure par une amélioration d'une année à l'autre des paramètres liés aux éléments suivants : croissance ciblée du chiffre d'affaires et du pourcentage du portefeuille par client, pourcentages de rentabilité au sein de la clientèle assignée, indices de la satisfaction de la clientèle et taux de fidélisation des clients
- Un objectif individuel relatif au chiffre d'affaires est établi chaque année selon les besoins de l'entreprise
- Stimuler les occasions de recommander des clients
- Diriger et soutenir toutes les activités relatives aux nouvelles occasions et à la fidélisation, p. ex. des appels d'offres
- Se conformer à tous les aspects administratifs de la surveillance de la croissance du chiffre d'affaires
- S'acquitter des principales responsabilités en ce qui concerne le chiffre d'affaires, la fidélisation et le potentiel de recommandation
Communication interne
- Assurer une communication interne proactive appropriée et informer les supérieurs hiérarchiques des problèmes qui ont une incidence sur la relation client et la fidélisation de la clientèle.
- Soutenir toutes les activités liées aux processus en boucle fermée, p. ex. NCP, sondage relatif aux partenariats stratégiques avec les clients.
- Chercher de manière proactive des moyens d'offrir une meilleure expérience de service aux clients, en recommandant des améliorations aux produits et aux processus d'assistance.
- Assurer un suivi adéquat et efficace des dossiers qui vous sont confiés afin de respecter les accords de niveau de service et de faire en sorte que l'expérience du client soit impeccable et qu'il ait confiance en ADP en tant que fournisseur de services.
POUR RÉUSSIR DANS LE CADRE DE CE RÔLE : Exigences obligatoires
- Avoir cumulé de 5+ années d'expérience fructueuse dans des postes connexes sur le terrain ou en contact direct avec les clients et pouvoir faire la preuve des connaissances clés du poste et de sa capacité à en assumer les principales responsabilités
- Avoir travaillé dans le domaine de la GCH ou de l'acquisition et de la gestion de talents, de préférence
- Posséder un ensemble solide de qualités en vente, gestion de compte ou établissement de relations, de même qu'un grand sens des affaires et des finances
- Capacité à collaborer et à travailler efficacement au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles
- Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et d'écoute et capacité à respecter les délais
- Solides techniques de résolution de problèmes et capacité à apprendre de nouvelles technologies
- Parfait bilinguisme (français et anglais)

As a Bilingual Principal Relationship Manager - NAS, you'll be an advocate of ADP's Global HCM Solution and Service capabilities, while driving ADP's message as a world leader in the HCM industry into the client base. To support ADP Canada's large and complex clients, you will use well developed business relationship management skills to influence client's willingness to partner with ADP.
Key areas of focus include the development/ongoing management of strong, productive relationships with executive level client contacts (ie; CFO, CHRO), alignment with ADP General Managers and Executive Committee members as required, and collaborative efforts with ADP Sales, Service and Implementation teams and any other functional team as required in order to win new clients and influence additional business in existing clients in adherence with targets established annually.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- 5+ years of successful experience in related field and client-facing roles and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.
- Previous experience in the HCM and Talent Acquisition & Management space preferred.
- Combination of sales/account management/relationship building skills and business/financial acumen.
- Excellent time management & listening skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving techniques and the ability to learn new technologies.
- English/French bilingualism is mandatory
