Job DescriptionDue to our company growth, we are looking for a General Help/dishawasher- candidate to join our dynamic team! This position is a- FULL TIME. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to cook healthy and appealing menus for consumers.
QualificationsAbout You
You are an experienced candidate who enjoys working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.
During your mandate, you will be responsible for setting up breakfast and lunch, preparing the necessary cooking for the services while following the instructions of the chef manager, guaranteeing the smooth running of the services while following the instructions of the chef manager and ensuring the optimal use of the food. You will be responsible for maintaining adequate communication with other team members, always keeping your work area clean and ensuring that everything is done according to the health and food safety standards of the MAPAQ as well as those established by management. You will be required to properly identify and date all food items and participate in any other related tasks that may be requested by the supervisor from time to time.
- Make sandwiches, prep for the next shift, restock and keep the fridge and freezer organize and clean à
- Follow the food safety standards and the brand standards
- Do the daily cleaning of the equipment and designated areas
- Perform any other tasks that may from time to time be requested by the supervisor
- Responsible for performing work according to safe work practices by learning the safe way to do a job and seeking instructions when in doubt
- Excellent customer service
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years related experience in this position, attention to detail, ability to work independently (will work alone in the kitchen for the first few hours of operation in the morning). You have strong organizational skills, adhere to company specifications, excellent customer service skills. You have a good attitude and a good sense of team spirit.

Station Fabricator - WHSE (G3)
WORK HOURS
Monday to Friday from 7:00AM - 3:30PM
POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to use various hand tools and machines to fabricate stations. The Station Fabricator should have a strong commitment to the physically demanding role and an interest in the natural gas industry.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Fabricate pounds delivery natural gas systems (stations) in warehouse.
- Utilize pipefitting skills to join and secure pipes, valves, and fittings.
- Ensure proper alignment, fit and integrity of the meter sets.
- Perform quality control checks during fabrication, assembly, and installation processes to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while working with heavy tools and equipment.
- Work to specified target schedules per job.
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and operate required equipment, processes, and materials.
- Adopt a preventative approach to ensure a safe and clean warehouse operation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- Holds a valid Gas Technician III (G3) license or actively enrolled in the program.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of fabrication experience in a warehouse environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Required mechanical knowledge of piping, support, tools, and equipment.
- Forklift experience an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, and gas distribution systems is an asset
WORKING AT A LAKESIDE LOCATION
- Flexibility is key; applicants should be open to working voluntary and mandatory extra hours and willing to work at a fast pace.
- Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 8-10 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Noise levels vary; hearing protection is available.
- Ability to be on the move for your whole shift. Shifts will include a combination of standing in one place for extended periods, walking around the facility.
- Lift up to 22 kilograms /49 pounds.
- Must be proficient at using wrenches and hand tools

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician (313A & Gas Fitter 1 or 2 Licensed)
Location: Ottawa
Reports To: Facilities Manager / Regional Operations Supervisor
Salary: $110,000 annually
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and mobile HVAC Technician to support a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties across the Greater Ottawa Area. The ideal candidate will hold a valid 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license , along with a Gas Fitter A or B license , and have strong experience maintaining HVAC systems across multiple sites.
This is a mobile field role requiring travel between sites to perform service, maintenance, and emergency response for HVAC and gas systems in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned properties to perform inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and gas-fired systems, including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, split systems, and building controls.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled, identifying and correcting potential system issues before failure.
- Respond to service requests and emergencies promptly, minimizing system downtime and ensuring tenant comfort.
- Complete all work in compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate service logs, time records, and documentation using mobile work order systems (CMMS).
- Liaise with site-based property teams and report findings or recommendations to management.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend coverage.
- Support building audits, energy optimization, and capital planning initiatives across the portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario 313A HVAC/Refrigeration license .
- Valid Ontario Gas Fitter 1 or 2 license .
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
- Proven ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple service locations.
- Proficiency in diagnosing HVAC/R and gas equipment issues; ability to interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS tools preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle (vehicle allowance or company vehicle provided depending on role structure).
