We have a full time long term opening for counterbalance forklift operators with experience using the clamp attachment! Relevant du département Administration et Finances, le (-la) commis à la balance effectuera les tâches suivantes :

• Accueillir, renseigner et diriger les clients se présentant à la pesée (balance) selon le type de chargement ;
• Compléter les billets de pesée pour les réceptions et les expéditions de marchandises ;
• Coordonner avec les employés de la cour concernant le contenu des chargements des clients qui arrivent ;
• Effectuer les paiements aux fournisseurs pour les achats de matériaux ferreux et non-ferreux ;
• Percevoir le paiement des clients pour la disposition de matériaux secs ;
• Remplir les rapports quotidiens et hebdomadaires de ventes et d’achats ;
• Effectuer le décompte et la conciliation quotidienne de la caisse et préparer les commandes d’argent ;
• Effectuer la vérification de la conformité des poids des camionneurs de Centrem ;
• Répondre au téléphone ;
• Toutes autres tâches connexes demandées par le superviseur.

• Toute combinaison d'expérience et de formation pertinente sera considérée ; 
• Connaissance des règlements du transport (Atout) ; 
• Compétences en informatique et facilité d'apprentissage d'un nouveau logiciel ;
