We are looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to support our global customer acquisition efforts and help optimize the marketing funnel across regions and digital channels. This individual will play a critical role in building data-informed experiments, optimizing campaigns, and identifying insights that lead to higher conversion and pipeline efficiency.
Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this role will partner closely with teams across Product, Sales, RevOps, MarTech, Field Marketing and external agency partners to uncover growth opportunities, reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC), and improve conversion rates across the full funnel. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical acumen, experience in SaaS or B2B tech environments, and a test-and-learn mindset.
- Build, analyze, and optimize end-to-end growth funnels across channels and regions.
- Identify and diagnose funnel leakage and conversion gaps; provide actionable solutions.
- Own rapid experimentation across digital channels (e.g., paid media, website, email, landing pages) using A/B testing and iterative learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to forecast pipeline, monitor lead quality, and recommend improvements to MQL → SAL → MGO → Opportunity conversion rates.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Customer Marketing and Field marketing to test audience-specific messaging and align acquisition strategy to buyer personas per region.
- Work cross-functionally with MarTech and web teams to enhance attribution, lead capture, and campaign performance tracking.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards in partnership with Marketing Ops; regularly report on CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV, MQL/SAL volumes, and velocity metrics.
- Collaborate with external media and analytics agencies to support the execution and evaluation of paid growth campaigns.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on testing insights to support scale, efficiency, and channel optimization.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech startups.

Requirements
What is Required to Be Successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or related and appropriate field
- Demonstrated experience using CRM tools and Marketing Automation Platforms to build strategic analytics and insights

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL; experience with R or Python considered an asset

We are seeking a Principal Data Analyst / Data Steward to act as a strategic partner in shaping how marketing leverages data across the buyer journey. 1. Data Stewardship & Integration Alignment
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Digital Transformation to ensure proper integration and transformation of data across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Hightouch, and third-party platforms.
- Monitor and validate data pipelines to ensure marketing has access to the right data at the right time for analysis, targeting, and reporting.
2. Attribution Modeling & Funnel Insights
- Lead the development and ongoing optimization of multi-touch attribution models that reflect modern B2B buying behavior.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to align funnel definitions and performance indicators, leveraging Databricks for robust cross-funnel reporting.
3. Dashboarding & Strategic Analysis
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Analyst to design, build, and maintain performance marketing dashboards and executive-level reporting that reflect pipeline performance, campaign ROI, channel effectiveness, and budget pacing.
- Go beyond reporting—analyze the data deeply to generate insights that inform decisions on campaign investment, targeting strategies, lead quality, and conversion optimization.
4. Data Quality & Enrichment
- Support efforts to enhance data hygiene in HubSpot and Salesforce through deduplication, validation, and field standardization.
- Oversee marketing-specific enrichment workflows via platforms like ZoomInfo and Demandbase, ensuring accurate segmentation and personalization.
5. Governance & Compliance Advocacy
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure marketing activities are fully compliant with GDPR, and other internal data privacy policies.
- Guide teams on consent management, data retention policies, and compliant usage of marketing and event data across systems.
6. Cross-Functional Enablement
Act as the bridge between Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Growth, and Data teams, ensuring strategic alignment and transparency in how data is defined, accessed, and used.
Translate marketing and growth objectives into scalable, data-informed solutions that impact pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications- 5+ years in data analytics, marketing operations, or business intelligence roles in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and reverse ETL platforms (e.g., Hightouch).
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- Experience in building and analyzing marketing performance dashboards and executive-level reports.
- In-depth understanding of marketing attribution models and buyer journey analytics.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and global data compliance regulations.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CDPs, dbt, Snowflake, or cloud-based data architecture.
- Experience working in close partnership with demand generation and growth marketing teams.
- Understanding of event marketing tools such as Cvent and how to incorporate event data into the funnel.
