Ton quotidien en tant que Gestionnaire marketing numrique chez Investiir

  • Animer, dvelopper et engager nos communauts sur les rseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) pour faire briller notre marque et nos projets ;
  • Crer du contenu inspirant et original pour notre site web, visuels, infolettres ;
  • Rdiger et mettre jour nos outils marketing : infolettres, brochures, publicits numriques, etc.
  • Assurer la cohrence de notre image de marque sur toutes les plateformes et contribuer faire voluer notre stratgie de contenu ;
  • Coordonner des projets marketing varis ;
  • Participer l'organisation des vnements clients d'Investiir ;
  • Suivre et analyser les performances de tes actions, produire des rapports et proposer des amliorations pour maximiser nos rsultats ;
  • Effectuer une veille stratgique et concurrentielle pour rester lafft des tendances et dnicher de nouvelles opportunits.


Profil recherch

  • Tu as minimum 3 ans dexprience en gestion de communaut et tu sais comment crer de lengagement et btir une communaut active ;
  • Tu matrises les outils Business Suite Meta et HubSpot ;

Ta mission, si tu l'acceptes

En tant que stratge numrique, tu joueras un rle cl dans la dfinition, la coordination et l'excution de stratgies marketing intgres, afin de maximiser la visibilit en ligne et atteindre les objectifs d'affaires de nos clients.

Ce que tu feras (a vaut le coup!)
  • Stratgies SEM et campagnes publicitaires (30%) : Dvelopper et excuter des stratgies de rfrencement payant (SEM) et de publicit sur les plateformes sociales (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads), en collaboration avec nos quipes. Contribuer la gestion des campagnes pour capter l'attention, engager les audiences et gnrer des conversions, toujours en phase avec les objectifs de nos clients.
  • Stratgies SEO (10%) : Contribuer l'analyse des bonnes pratiques en rfrencement en ligne. Travailler de pair avec les quipes techniques SEO pour mettre en place des actions cohrentes et performantes. S'initier aux techniques de GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) et rester l'afft des opportunits offertes par l'IA pour optimiser les rsultats.
  • Automatisation marketing et infolettres (15%) : Participer la cration d'infolettres et de courriels ponctuels (eblasts), ainsi qu' la mise en place de scnarios automatiss. Porter une attention particulire au contenu, l'esthtisme des gabarits et l'organisation des bases de donnes et des segments d'envoi. Le tout, en collaboration avec nos quipes en stratgie de contenu et en design.
  • Conseil client et coordination (20%) : Comprendre les besoins des clients, proposer des recommandations sur mesure et btir des stratgies alignes leurs objectifs d'affaires, Tu participeras aussi la coordination de projets et les partenaires (fournisseurs, pigistes).
  • Instrumentation et performance (15%) :Analyser les donnes de performance des clients l'aide de nos outils d'intelligence d'affaires et des tableaux de bord propres chaque campagne. Contribuer l'instrumentation des campagnes avec l'quipe technique pour s'assurer qu'elles soient bien suivies, mesures et optimises.
  • Veille, inspiration et sens du design (10%) : Toujours l'afft des tendances numriques, tu repres les innovations pertinentes et identifies les opportunits saisir. Tu lances des ides percutantes, et une fois nonces, tout le monde se demande comment on n'y avait pas pens avant. Finalement, ton il pour l'esthtisme peut aussi tre mis contribution pour adapter ou dcliner des concepts visuels dj existants.
Ton profil (sans filtre)
  • Tu as une bonne exprience marketing numrique, idalement en agence ou dans un rle similaire, avec des projets cls que tu pourras nous exposer?
  • Tu comprends les audiences et les comportements numriques, et tu sais transformer ces insights en leviers stratgiques.
  • Tu matrises parfaitement le franais, et l'anglais presque aussi bien, suffisamment pour briller avec des clients anglophones.
  • Tu es l'aise avec les outils d'analyse, notamment GA4, et tu sais en tirer les bons apprentissages pour affiner tes recommandations.
  • Tu matrises bien les grands leviers du marketing numrique SEO, SEM et les principales plateformes publicitaires et tu sais quand et comment les activer.

+ Process and coordinate internal Trane claims by evaluation and qualifying requests, collecting information and completing forms, responding to questions, and tracking progress.
**Tasks Related to Digital Services Agreements**
+ Assist in development and Validation of Digital Services contract and Project estimates to verify accuracy and scheduling
+ Once estimate is transitioned-Transmits estimate
+ Fills out TIS request form and submits for processing
+ Inputs contract/project into Trello for scheduling and tracking
+ Orders any necessary material
+ Schedules BAS Techs, RSS, AE, and EE to implement necessary tasks for contract/project
+ Tracks all contracts/projects for compliance

**Job Summary:**
The Digital Services Resource Coordinator/Project Administrator (RC/PA) will manage the daily activities for the Building Automation Systems (BAS) Service Technicians, Remote Support Specialist, Energy Engineer and Account Engineer(s) currently in the district. This individual is responsible for project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout of each project. Under general supervision, processes more complex orders for materials or merchandise.

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. 
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for communicating directly with internal and external customers regarding scheduling, updates, and follow-up
+ Receives and enters all BAS service related calls
+ Confirms the accuracy of the information entered in the Trane business systems (customer information, PO, call type, profit center, etc.)
+ Works with the Area Service Manager to coordinate the daily schedules of BAS Service Technicians
+ Coordinates manpower with Contracting Project Managers and Project Administrators on strategic projects
+ Works with the Account Exec to strategically coordinate service control inspections and repair work to follow the customer consultation meetings
+ Releases all materials and subcontractor agreements for quoted projects
+ Maintains status of all active calls and WIP
+ Maintains contract compliance
+ Communicates with the Service Control Field Team Leaders
+ Service Controls invoicing
+ Coordinates warranty transfers
+ Verify and apply technician labor daily
+ Issue and enter purchase orders for vendor purchases
+ Enters purchase orders and receipt purchase orders.
+ Process service claims
+ Communicates effectively with other team members concerning project management process.
+ Sets-up service agreements in system application based on transition documents
+ Collects, inputs, validates and reconciles project costs data in system application to completed work order.
