The Hospitalist service is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their dynamic team at South Health Campus (SHC). SHC is more than just a hospital, it is a campus environment which includes inpatient, outpatient, prevention and public health learning for the community, and wellness services. SHC has four key pillars of service: Collaborative Practice, Wellness, Patient and Family Centered Care, and Innovation. This NP position will provide frontline clinical care to patients with presentations that include a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions in an acute care inpatient setting.
