Job Description- Provide clinical nurse leadership and direction, ensuring patient care meets professional nursing standards and organizational policies
- Manage staffing levels, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in orientation of new staff
- Perform supervisory visits and case reviews to maintain quality of care and appropriate service frequency
- Collaborate with patients and nursing team to identify health care needs, strengths, and goals
- Act as a professional role model and mentor, demonstrating clinical expertise and ongoing professional development
- Current CNO registration as Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, degree preferred
- Valid G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Supervisor/Manager, preferably in a community setting
- Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to patients
- Current CPR certification
