We are looking for an experienced Aggregates Truck Driver Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining aggregate trucks and related equipment to transport aggregate to and from job sites. You will work closely with our team of construction professionals to ensure timely delivery of asphalt and safe operation of the equipment. The ideal candidate will have a valid 1A or 3A license and prior experience operating heavy machinery in the construction industry.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Transport aggregate to and from job sites using aggregate haul trucks.
+ Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and guidelines
+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
+ Communicate effectively with other members of the construction team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of asphalt
+ Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road
+ Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and maintenance
+ Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
