The Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Web is a pivotal role in expanding our service offerings in web design, and UX consultation. In addition to core account management responsibilities, this CSM will lead the development and delivery of our design and UX consulting services, helping customers optimize their e-commerce presence and drive business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management:

Support & Service:
  • Handle frontline service and support requests related to site design, configuration, user education and basic troubleshooting, escalating technical issues when necessary.
Strategic Growth:
  • Identify and present opportunities for website enhancements, design improvements and feature implementation
  • Partner with customers to refine their e-commerce presence, leveraging data insights to drive traffic, conversions, and overall business success.

**Job Description**
AECOM is actively seeking a talented CAD Designer for immediate employment in AECOM's Kitchener, Ontario office.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Work both independently and within a design team to prepare private infrastructure projects for residential subdivision and industrial/commercial developments. Specific tasks include design of new roads, upgrades/modifications to existing roads, design of infrastructure components such as sewage collection, water distribution, site grading, earthworks, and stormwater management.
+ Opportunity to lead and coordinate various site and land development projects
+ Attend project coordination meetings and liaison with various public and private stakeholders
+ Design of storm and sanitary sewers, water supply systems, roads, and site grading with creative emphasis to come up with design alternatives and propose value engineering
+ Support Contract Administration department as required including shop drawing reviews
+ Preparation of Letter of Credit (LC) calculations and subsequent letters including tracking all LC reductions
+ Design for municipal infrastructure including plans, profiles, sections, earthworks calculations and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM Software
+ Working on complex data sets in conjunction with other CAD and GIS technical staff
+ Assure that engineering related issues are promptly relayed to the Project Manager for action and follows up to assure timeliness of resolution efforts
+ Ensuring overall data quality and integrity
+ Assist with redlines/revisions for in-progress and completed designs.
+ Ability to effectively manage design time and coordination to deliver projects
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ College accredited diploma plus 2+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D design experience including modelling of corridors, surfaces, and pipe networks with the ability to visualize and communicate using BIM models.
+ Demonstrated experience with designs including surface grading, road corridors, water and sewer pipe networks for land development projects including residential subdivisions and industrial/commercial site developments.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 3-year College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
+ Certified or eligible for certification as a C.E.T and a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT)
+ 4+ years of related design experience including modelling of corridors, surfaces, and pipe networks with the ability to visualize and communicate using BIM models.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary environment
+ Proficient with MS Office Suite
+ Experience using BIM360, ProjectWise, Microsoft Teams/ SharePoint or other document management software

**What we require**
