The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, scheduling, and monitoring maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations of equipment, facilities, and systems. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Assign, monitor, and track maintenance work orders.
  • Ensure timely availability of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
  • Support management in developing long-term maintenance strategies.

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Clearance Coordinator to join our global logistics team. This role ensures smooth, compliant, and timely customs clearance for imports and exports, while coordinating with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate has experience in international trade regulations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage customs clearance for international shipments, including documentation, duties, and taxes.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international customs regulations and trade laws.
  • Prepare, review, and submit necessary customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate timely clearance.
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Resolve customs-related issues, including delays, inspections, and fines.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, duties, and compliance documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support on customs regulations, import/export procedures, and tariff classifications.
  • Stay updated on changes to customs regulations and international trade requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customs clearance or international logistics.
  • Strong understanding of customs regulations, import/export compliance, and international trade.
  • Experience with customs management software and shipment tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Incoterms and tariff codes.
  • Experience working with multiple international markets.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
