- Help group IT support teams in maintaining Endava IT infrastructure
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support for employees using Endava IT assets and systems

- Respond to high priority issues in a timely manner to assure business continuity
- Out of business hours on-call for high priority issues
- Maintain Access Control and CCTV systems

- Experience in Windows 10/11 and MacOS (installation, operation and troubleshooting)
- Imaging and deploying Windows equipment using various tools including SCCM and Intune

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) drives customer loyalty through response to inbound customer calls and proactive outbound calls. The CSC coordinates the flow of information to and from the Service Department and follows up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
