Job Responsibilities:
This position will work alongside the Accounting team and be involved with the Financial planning side of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable side, specifically issuing the payments and managing the accounts receivable end, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and efficient management of incoming receivables. This position will also manage company credit cards through online banking, ensuring payments are made promptly and transactions are properly recorded. Key responsibilities include cash management and preparing monthly financial statements to the management team. Additional duties include reimbursing company expenses, filing HST and WSIB quarterly, and providing necessary financial documentation for year-end reporting, IRAP, and SR&ED claims. The position will also serve as the main point of contact for our external payroll provider, ensuring smooth payroll operations and compliance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into the Finance Manager of the company.
Required Skills:

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As an Operations Specialist you willoversee the scheduled work orders for the current week, otherwise referred to as 'The Board'. This includes various tasks such as managing sick coverage for Technicians, coordinating Service Calls, reviewing Technicians hours of work, and liaising with internal teams, customers, and contractors as needed.

- Oversee scheduled jobs daily to ensure work is set up for success, including, monitoring Technician arrival times and GPS statuses.
- Confirm all Technicians have a full day of work scheduled; inform Technicians with gaps in their daily schedule that they are on standby for Service Calls.
- Assign Service Calls as they come in based on priority.
- Find appropriate coverage if any Technicians call in sick or cannot make their scheduled jobs.
- Communicate Technician absences with Payroll Team and ensure time off is entered into HRMIS.
- Review Critical Jobs for the day and ensure expectations and key information is relayed to the assigned Technicians.
- Review Service Calls from previous day / evening for completion or outstanding work.
- Review time logs for Technicians to make sure hours worked are accurate.
- Conducting customer satisfaction calls.
- Adhere to and embrace the companies Core Values and Occupational Health and Safety protocols.
- Other duties as they may arise.

- Develop and maintain KPI reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to track sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Create and enhance reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Identify anomalies in data sources and escalate issues as needed.
- Present performance reports to leadership, including analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Support the sales team’s application workflow, including tasks such as resending verification links, resetting integrations, and resolving duplicate customer profiles.
- Collaborate with internal business units to facilitate application completion and resolve workflow issues.
- Make application adjustments including lead ownership updates and assigning appropriate credit for submitted applications.
- Support representative and phone dialer lead assignment processes.
- Provide operational training to the sales team on tools and platforms (e.g., Jumio, EDGE, Asset, FrontLine, NiCE, Flinks).

Technical Operations Support Specialist
to assist in operational support of
Echoworx
production environments. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring alerts and assisting in the resolution of systems and application issues. This is a "hands-on" position requiring solid technical skills, along with troubleshooting and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor infrastructure and application logs.
- Triage and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
- Collaborate with development team on reporting and troubleshooting of application issues.
- Assist with the deployment of test and production builds on various platforms.
- Work closely within the Technical Operations team to evaluate and test new toolsets.
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
- Participate in occasional on-call support for after-hours support coverage.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working on and supporting highly available 24x7 SaaS application and production systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills for problem solving.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members, senior support personnel, high level personnel, and customers.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, to solve complex problems.
- Ability to acquire and use knowledge to quickly master new technical areas.
- Ability to apply technical skills to resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of system level and integration level testing.
- Strong quality assurance background.
- Hands-on experience with AWS.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Client Services, the IT Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security and efficiency of the Town's end-user hardware and software. This role will be the lead on various small-medium sized IT projects and will on occasion be seconded to focus on those projects for weeks at a time. The IT Operations Specialist works closely with all departments to implement technological solutions that align with municipal goals and improve service delivery. This position responds to 2nd and 3rd level technical support requests. The IT Operations Specialist will be required to spend one week each month in an on-call rotation for after hours support.

- Reviewing, recommending, planning, and coordinating yearly asset replacements for all corporate technology resources, including but not limited, to desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, TVs, audio visual equipment and peripherals.
Asset management of all corporate technology assets.
Creation and maintenance of the corporate standard desktop/laptop image(s)
- Creating and conducting training sessions
- Responsibility for desktop security, including but not limited to, Windows updates, application updates/patches and driver updates.
- Creating process documentation and checklists for all repeatable processes.
- Software license management and compliance.
- Microsoft Intune administration –device management, app managementdeployment, Windows updates, policy deployment, Autopilot, etc.
- Administration of IT Service Management System (ITSM) (includes Service Desk, Reporting, Inventory, Asset Management, etc.)
- Administration of remote assistance tool
- Heavy involvement in the technology requirements and support of the Town's Municipal Elections, including device security and setup.
Qualifications/Skills
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology or related discipline (3 years)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an IT Support Professional in a large scale, multi-site, unionized environment
- Certifications required to demonstrate continued education such as Comp TIA A+, ITIL, MCSA, COBIT is an asset
- Knowledge and proven experience working with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Active Directory (Entra), Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Intune Administration: Proficiency in using Microsoft Intune to manage laptops and desktops
- Demonstrated ability to develop and successfully deploy workstation images
- Experience administering an ITSM tool
- Experience administering a remote management tool is an asset.
- Knowledge of Trend Micro is an asset
- Networking, Cloud Technologies: Understanding of network protocols, cloud environments and audio/visual technologies
- Forward thinking and staying on top of current technology
- Experience with web technologies include Oracle WebSphere, Tomcat, HTML, ASP
- PowerShell Scripting: Ability to automate tasks and manage configurations using PowerShell
- Monitoring and Reporting: Skills to use tools for monitoring and reporting on system performance
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
- Project Management: Capability to plan, execute, and oversee projects

What is Offered to Staff
- Rate of Pay: $8 ,238 - 105,298 yearly
- Hours of Work: This is a non-union position that works 35 hours per week. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
