We are looking for an Oracle DBA and Oracle Cloud Solutions Engineer to be an integral part of our growing team. The Cloud solutions engineer is responsible for supporting and managing clients’ databases and cloud infrastructure. This includes design, implementation, migration of databases and applications, monitoring, and ensuring the security of clients’ cloud infrastructure.
As a key player in our organization, you will undertake important work directly impacting our customers located throughout North America and Europe and advancing our mission to deliver best-in-class Oracle solutions.
Your mission consists of:
- Supporting our client’s Oracle environments (databases and applications) according to a 24/7 on‑call schedule;
- Ability to map business architectures through cloud technical solutions compliant with industry standards;
- Ability to design cloud infrastructures that answers business needs;
- Contribute to the creation of a cloud infrastructure roadmap and strategies to drive business adoption;
- Define and execute a migration strategy to move workloads onto the cloud;
- The candidate is expected to work during clients’ business hours that may be in the North American, European, or other time zones.

QualificationsCompétences techniques :

Minimum 4 à 6 ans d’expérience dans un rôle d’analyste fonctionnel ou d’affaires sur Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) .
Maîtrise des processus RH et capacité à comprendre le langage des utilisateurs tout en naviguant dans un environnement TI.
Expérience pratique en configuration fonctionnelle dans Oracle Cloud (gestion des rôles, sécurité, privilèges, workflows).
Habileté à documenter des besoins d’affaires, créer des cas de test et soutenir les utilisateurs finaux.
Connaissance d’Oracle EBS, Workday ou autres ERP RH – un atout.
Excellente capacité d’analyse, sens du détail et aptitude à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
Bilinguisme requis afin d'accompagner les utilisateurs aux États-Unis (français/anglais).

As part of a large-scale digital transformation, the organization is looking to hire an experienced HRIS Functional Analyst – Oracle Cloud (HCM) to contribute to the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of its Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management solutions across multiple North American business units.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and translate HR business requirements into Oracle Cloud functional solutions.
Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, Labor Relations, etc.).
Actively participate in all phases of system implementation and improvement projects: business analysis, design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and project teams to ensure solution quality, alignment, and scalability.
Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, test cases, and user training materials.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and propose system enhancements.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and key point of contact for HR and IT stakeholders regarding Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.
Profile & Qualifications
4–6+ years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) .
Deep understanding of HR business processes and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Proven experience in functional configuration within Oracle Cloud HCM (roles, privileges, security, and workflows).
Strong skills in documenting business requirements, creating test cases, and supporting end users.
Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) , Workday , or other HR ERP systems – considered an asset.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
Fully bilingual (French/English) to support collaboration with Canadian and U.S. stakeholders.
