You'll play a key role in enhancing and integrating Oracle ERP applications-across both on-premise and Cloud modules-to support enterprise-wide financial operations. This is a hands-on development role focused on building high-quality technical solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver scalable technical solutions for Oracle ERP applications that meet business needs.
Build and maintain reports, integrations, data conversions, extensions, and workflows-especially within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud.
Collaborate with functional analysts and QA engineers to ensure thorough testing and high-quality delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Support new implementations, including building custom programs and interfaces to integrate with Oracle EBS (e.g., via APIs, open interfaces).
Work closely with the collections team to support modules such as Advanced Collections and Accounts Receivable.
Day-to-Day Focus
Develop custom reports and interfaces for Oracle EBS, particularly in the Collections and Receivables modules.
Partner with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Build and test integrations using Oracle technologies such as SOA Gateway, Oracle Integration Cloud, and REST APIs.
Support new implementations and enhancements for RB Global's Oracle Finance systems.

3-5 years of experience developing for Oracle ERP Applications (EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud).
Proven experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Hands-on experience with development tools such as BI Publisher, OAF Framework, Java, BPEL, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Integration Cloud, Web Services, REST APIs, and Kafka.
Involvement in at least 2 ERP, HCM, or CRM implementations in complex integrated environments.

Job Overview
The Application Developer (PL/SQL Developer) is responsible for the development of CMiC software modules using a variety of development tools including PL/SQL and Java. An essential aspect of this role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting, debugging and testing of user interface, business logic components, and/or reports. The Application Developer works with team members and clients to design and develop business applications and/or reports that support client needs. This is a Hybrid full time, permanent role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Write high quality and well-documented code according to accepted standards based on user requirements using PL/SQL, Java, Oracle JDeveloper.
- Test and debug program units in conjunction with other units and/or systems and integrate with other program modules and systems.
- Participate in project and team meetings interacting and collaborating with team members and other departments as appropriate.
- Evaluate alternative design approaches to meet business and user requirements.
- Provide analysis of problems reported by customers.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years professional programming experience using PL/SQL.
- Exposure to Java and Oracle JDeveloper is a must.
