We are looking for an Accountant & ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team. If you are good at assisting in maintaining financial records and analyzing data, with a solid accounting background then we want you on our team.

Duties:

• Financial analysis and Accounting engagements with clients.
• Prepare reconciliations for clients.
• Future travel opportunities to client sites in Canada and the US to complete ERP Implementations.
• Manage clients' needs and expectations to provide effective solutions and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
• Ensure that the facilitation and implementation of the change management process is seamless.
• Assist clients with financial data migration and best practices in accordance with relevant standards.
• Recognize gaps and assist clients during User Acceptance Testing.
• Support clients in the training and adoption of these new systems.
• Collaborate directly with decision-makers to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Demonstrate the ability to align business processes and communicate with all levels of an organization with professionalism and best practice expertise.

Job Requirements:

• CPA designation and 3-5+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Strong business acumen and decision-making experience, is coachable

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with proven experience leading full-cycle ERP and quoting system implementations. In this critical role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a scalable, integrated ERP and Quote solution that aligns with our long-term business strategy. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to ensure timely, efficient, and successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP and Quote systems from project planning through go-live and post-implementation support
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and stakeholder communications, including reporting to senior leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure delivery of key milestones
• Oversee contract management, project spend, and vendor performance
• Facilitate business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops
• Ensure system configuration aligns with operational needs and strategic objectives
• Define and execute testing strategies including integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance
• Lead user training, change management, and communications to support adoption across business functions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of progressive project management experience, with 3+ full-cycle ERP implementations
• Deep knowledge of ERP, MRP, and quoting systems, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial context
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage complex, multi-site deployments
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, systems integration, and change management
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience working with structured project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Job Description

Our client is in the Energy sector and is in search of an ERP Project Implementation Accountant to join them on a short term 4 week contract assignment. There is a high possibility that the contract will extend to 8 weeks. The role is hybrid working 3 days a week in office and 2 days work from home.

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this role will leverage strong technical accounting knowledge and proven ERP implementation experience to support their new ERP system rollout. This role will strictly focus on ERP implementation project and will not involve the day-day operational accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or actively assist in the configuration, testing, and validation of financial modules within the new ERP System
• Support the data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, integrity and completeness of financial data transferred to the new ERP
• Perform detailed reconciliation and validation of financial data post-migration to identify and resolve discrepancies
