In this critical role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a scalable, integrated ERP and Quote solution that aligns with our long-term business strategy. - Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP and Quote systems from project planning through go-live and post-implementation support

Our client is in the Energy sector and is in search of an ERP Project Implementation Accountant to join them on a short term 4 week contract assignment. There is a high possibility that the contract will extend to 8 weeks. The role is hybrid working 3 days a week in office and 2 days work from home.
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this role will leverage strong technical accounting knowledge and proven ERP implementation experience to support their new ERP system rollout. This role will strictly focus on ERP implementation project and will not involve the day-day operational accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or actively assist in the configuration, testing, and validation of financial modules within the new ERP System
- Support the data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, integrity and completeness of financial data transferred to the new ERP
- Perform detailed reconciliation and validation of financial data post-migration to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate closely with IT, finance teams and other stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues, optimize ERP financial functionalities and ensure seamless integration
