Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized Vista ERP consulting services
- Assist clients in identifying areas for process improvements within their current ERP setup
- Lead efforts in problem-solving, investigation, and analyses, providing informed recommendations to clients.
- Create and maintain thorough, timely documentation related to software and analytics tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams on technology and consulting projects, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Software integrations, and Data Warehouse initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

Le rôle
En tant que Conseiller principal Solutions, vous ferez partie de l'équipe de projet chargée de mener à bien les initiatives de nos clients. Vous interagirez quotidiennement avec nos clients dans le cadre de diverses activités concernant les mandats de prévente, de stratégie, de mise en œuvre et d'amélioration continue.
Au quotidien vous devrez :
Prévente:
- Évaluer les besoins du client;
- Proposer une architecture et une approche de la solution;
- Démontrer les capacités du système.
Stratégie:
- Évaluer les opérations, la technologie et les opportunités;
- Définir l'architecture de la solution future;
- Recommander une feuille de route et une approche.
Mise en œuvre:
- Définir le processus optimal et l'ensemble des caractéristiques correspondantes;
- Résoudre les limitations techniques critiques;

- Intégrer les utilisateurs et exécuter les activités de transition;
- Soutenir les opérations et habiliter les clients.
Amélioration continue:
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre les opportunités d'amélioration;

- Assister les clients dans les activités d'intégration.
Nous recherchons un.e candidat.e qui a:
- Un baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance;
- 3+ ans d'expérience dans une industrie de services (audit, conseil, ingénierie, etc.);
- Expérience avec des logiciels d'entreprise (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, MES);
- Une expérience dans le déploiement/la mise en service d'applications de distribution à grande échelle;
- Le français et l'anglais sont requis pour ce poste afin de mener des activités en dehors de la province de Québec.

The Role:
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be part of the project team delivering on our clients’ initiatives. You will interact daily with our prospects and clients across a range of different activities such as mandates concerning pre-sales, strategy, implementation and continuous improvement.
