Reporting to the Senior Manager, Consulting ERPyou will use your expertise to ensure the implementation of industry best practices. You will be a product expert and will be working in close collaboration with each member of the consulting and development teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years municipal experience
  • Experience with property assessment and valuation
  • Experience with property tax calculation and billing
  • Experience with utility billing and rate setting
  • Experience with analyzing property tax and utility data
  • Experience with implementing property tax and utility policies
• Municipal software experience is preferred

This is a 50/50 split role between:
- Pre-Sales Consulting: Demonstrating product capabilities, crafting solution strategies, and supporting the sales cycle.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Microsoft Consultant with a strong background in CRM and ERP solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP), excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires working Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours, regardless of the consultant’s location.

· Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP systems.

· Analyze business processes and requirements to design tailored solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies.

· Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

· Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Microsoft solutions.

Le rôle

• Diagnostiquer et résoudre rapidement les problèmes du système ERP afin d'en assurer le bon fonctionnement. Identifier des solutions pour contourner les problèmes répertoriés et/ou les problèmes qui font l'objet d'une enquête ou qui sont en attente de résolution.
• Identifier et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités et des améliorations de processus afin d'accroître l'efficacité des systèmes ERP des clients.
• Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins d’affaires et recommander des améliorations du système. Fournir des exigences détaillées en matière de solutions, des critères d'acceptation, des tests et travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de développement pour s'assurer qu'une solution complète est fournie au client.
• Fournir une formation et un soutien aux clients pour les aider à maximiser l'utilisation de leur système ERP.
• Maintenir une documentation détaillée sur les modifications et les améliorations apportées au système. Soutenir l'équipe de mise en œuvre en maintenant des cas de test standard, y compris la première itération de création et d'édition de cas de tests spécifiques au client.

The role:

• Diagnose and quickly resolve issues within the ERP system to ensure smooth operation. Identify solutions to work around open issues or problems that are under investigation or pending resolution.
